This Seashore Cape is ready for your family's summer vacation. 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths comfortably accommodate 12 and tons of closets keep everything out of sight. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and convenient laundry room, make this your home away from home. Relax in central air conditioning with ceiling fans in nearly every room. While the evening away as you BBQ on the huge deck. A wood-burning stove cuts the chill or simply adds ambience.
Location, location, location
Centrally located in Point Pleasant Beach, just close enough to walk to all attractions but far enough to avoid the shore crowds. Park your cars in the driveway and walk everywhere – the beach, train, boardwalk, restaurants, nightlife (including the famous Jenks and Martell's Tiki Bar), parks, churches, antique shops, farmer's market, supermarket, everywhere. Or jump off the train and leave work and worries behind; NJ Transit's North Jersey Coast Line makes commuting easy.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
