This home is split up into two unique units with their own private entry points and exclusive space. You’ll have full private access to the unit on the first floor, including all bedrooms, bathroom, the kitchen, living area, and shared access to the backyard oasis.

The outdoor space is a shared amenity that may be accessed by guests from both units. Enjoy a beautiful fire pit, cold plunge, and kids playground. You will also get one parking spot in the driveway and street parking is easy and free for additional cars.

This home can be upgraded to include 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms if you need additional space.
