This is a great property! Had a hiccup with the elevator when I first got there, but no problem after that. A heated pool was advertised, but it wasn't heated during my stay, but that wasn't a problem. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend Oceans Luxury Resorts. They were prompt to answer my questions and accommodating when I asked to stay an extra night.

We're sorry about the elevator hiccup when you first arrived, and we're glad it was smooth sailing after that. As noted in our listing description, the pool is heated seasonally. Pools in our area typically aren't heated until January at the earliest, since we usually have very warm weather until then, and during your stay the highs were in the 90s every day - lovely and sunny! The place was clean. The temperature set nice and cool. It is an older building that has been remodeled. The view is great. I would stay again. Having a covered assigned spot is a nice bonus.

We’ve stayed in many Sea Fern units over the years, and this was probably the best one! The layout with the large master closet was great, and the unit had everything we needed (enough towels and pillows, kitchen supplies, Tupperware, etc. - I feel like rentals often don’t often have the things you need). Everything was organized and labeled. We loved it and will be back next summer!

The condo was as described and pictured in the vrbo listing. The view of the ocean was great and it was easy to access the beach and pool. Check-in was simple and easy. The place was generally clean, but there were two cockroaches that we saw in the condo.

Family Reunion

We had a great stay. The condo looked like it had just been remodels inside. Great location and just a small complex, so the elevators were always waiting for us. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, which was nicely furnished. We were very happy with the condo and will come back again.

This was a fantastic condo and one of my favorites. The condo was spacious, had a huge balcony, new interior and well stocked. I liked that this was a smaller complex with a large pool close to the beach. It never seemed crowded and you never had to wait for the elevator. Condo was in a great location. Excellent place that we loved and will return to.

We loved the property. The only problem we had was our air conditioner messed up the first day. We contacted the property manager but because it was a Sunday nobody was able to come until the next day. They came the next day and fixed it right up. We disnt have any more issues after that. The first night was hot but other than that we really enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was great at communicating with me and giving me updates. The condo had a great view and was very clean. It was very well stocked with necessities and everything we needed. We had a great vacation.

The stay was great and the condo was very nice. Would definitely come back to this location. The only downside was the building was under renovation and a lot of construction noise during our stay. The pool was open but unfortunately it was unusable during our stay due to the construction creating a lot of dust that landed in the pool. But we spent most of our time out enjoying the beach and surrounding area sites and attractions. Will definitely come back once all the renovations are completed. The property management staff was great to work with and check in and check out was very easy. Instruction were very clear and concise as well. Thank you!
