The house was nice and in good shape and we enjoyed its location north of downtown Tucson. The master bedroom was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The heating and AC worked well. The bathroom was very large and pleasant with large windows and a nice view into the backyard. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with cooking utensils, pots, and pans, coffee maker, microwave, and quite a few herbs and spices as a bonus. There was a barbecue gas grill in the backyard which I used a couple of times and then we ran out of gas. There were a few spare propane tanks in the garage, but they were empty, and the property manager said it was our responsibility to get them refilled. I really think that for the price we paid a decent supply of propane should’ve been supplied for the grill, as I don’t like spending my vacation time running around looking for refills.The Jacuzzi outside was fun to use, which we did two or three times. But there were no outside lights where it was located, which was pretty strange. But if we kept the bedroom lights on, enough light spilled out through the windows so that we could get settled in it OK.By and large, we were quite pleased with this property and have no regrets about renting it. The cleaning was pretty good although in the guest bedroom there was some dirt and dead bugs along the edge of the carpeting. But we were able to clean this up with a little electric vacuum that they had in the closet.
