Last minute, same day reservations are welcome when available, however you must contact Hosts before trying to book as a workaround may be needed due to Vrbo policy not allowing same day bookings. Entire mansion, 8-car garages with EV chargers, and motor court, parking areas, pool and patio areas entirely for your group only! Access everything except the locked supply closets.

$1,000 separate refundable security deposit required, paid separately 3 days prior to check in. Photo ID required prior to check-in.
Private off-street Parking available for up to 13 vehicles on driveway and garages, plus additional 2 vehicles - street parking. Off-site parking with a shuttle service may be necessary to accommodate larger gatherings of any size — our mansion Concierge will assess and recommend solutions. Concierge can also make recommendations for Exotic and Luxury Car Rental and Black Car Services, as well as Private Chef, Catering, Housekeeping services, or most additional extra services you’d want or need. Contact Hosts for more details. No decorations or temporary structures, marketing or signage permitted at front-of-property nor visible to the public in any way. Decorating is permitted inside and on private back patio areas with Host consent but not visible to the street.

Contact Host to discuss these plans personally). SHORT-TERM RENTAL RULES
1. Absolutely no smoking permitted inside home, and outside smokers must properly extinguish and dispose of butts in outdoor trash, and not throw on grounds, patio, or driveways. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a $500 fine.
2. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
3. Cell phone coverage is excellent at the Property. There is no landline phone.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Use appliances only for their intended uses. Household items (towels, utensils, dishware, etc.) are not to be removed from the Property. No banners nor signage on front of property nor visible to public.
5. Be respectful of neighbors and keep music at reasonable level during the day. Starting 10:00pm nightly no music outside and no outside socializing in compliance with city noise ordinances. Any excessive noise complaints will result in a $500 fine plus costs of any civil authority imposed fines or citations if applicable.
6. Parking limited to 15 vehicles as follows: 5 in garages, 8-10 on driveway and motor court. Only 2 vehicles on street parking and only on our side within property lines and facing the correct direction. No parking permitted anywhere else on the gated street. Overflow parking may be possible nearby outside of the gated neighborhood on the public streets where permitted and observing traffic laws by parallel parking in the correct direction of the flow of traffic to prevent traffic citations.
7. Pets are absolutely not permitted anywhere on the property at any time inside or outside the home. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a $500 fine.
8. There is no daily housekeeping service included. Optional housekeeping can be arranged at an additional charge (contact hosts). Towels or bed linens are not to be taken from the home. Please enjoy the nice bedding on each bed by sleeping in between the bottom and top sheets and avoid sleeping on the covers or comforters.
9. The Hot Tub. The equipment has no on-site user interface and is programmed for automatic settings with an app on Host’s phone for modifications, so it’s VERY important you do NOT make any changes yourselves to the pool/spa settings or equipment. Notify Host personally at 972. 8I6. I654 with any changes you'd like, (for example when you'd like the hot tub heated up, days and timeframe, or any other preferences.)
Note: Hot Tub is open from 7:00am to 10:00pm daily, and heated up to 5 hours per day at no extra charge with advance scheduling required. Pool is not heated.
10. Prior to departure: a. replace all furniture, cushions, and equipment where originally located; b. place all used dishes in the dishwasher and run it; c. do not strip beds or bed linens or make beds, d. place all used towels on the floor of the downstairs laundry room or inside the shower stalls; e. clean up and properly dispose of all trash into the tall square trash bin rollcarts located on the north side yard behind the pool equipment; f. lock the patio doors, close garage doors, and lock the front door behind you when you leave; g. text Host that you have departed.
