Sunny Side Up - Charming 2-bedroom cottage with in Fayetteville

You are going to love this space! Sunny Side Up is perfect for relaxing, family time or business trips. It's amazing for a romantic get-away destination too! We have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy games or create a masterpiece in the kitchen.

We are close to everything. We're in South Fayetteville, near the Square and Dickson St. A few minutes to I49 and you can be at Devil's Den or Fort Smith or north to Bentonville after a short drive.

Sunny Side Up is a unique Funky Fayetteville historic home. Built in 1941, it has since been expanded and renovated but still has a lot of charm and its own quirks. It's imperfectly perfect and we hope you love it as much as we do!

The living room is super cozy with multiple couches for relaxing and watching movies. The dining room and kitchen are open to the living room. Speaking of the kitchen, there is enough space in this kitchen to cook as big a feast as you like or simply warm up leftovers. ;-) The kitchen is well appointed with all the necessities and even extras for baking.

Each of the bedrooms has it's own bathroom with the 2nd bedroom's bath also opening to the hall. The master bedroom has a reading/office nook with a convertible couch for an extra guest if needed. The master closet is also huge so you can unpack and relax.

You have access to the whole place!!!

We have a tiny closet locked next to the master closet that we store cleaning stuff out of the way. Please don't break into it, it's just not exciting stuff lol. We also have extra storage for holiday tubs and etc. under the house.

***You will have STAIRS to climb to get into the house. We are on a hill!***

You will enjoy tons of birds, squirrels and other wildlife out the back deck and from the dining table windows.

The street that Sunny Side Up is located on is off a busy road in Fayetteville. Up on the hill at our house, you won't have much road noise.
