This quaint getaway also features WiFi, central AC & heating, washer & dryer for guest convenience on an acre of outdoor space with ample parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway. This comfortable and well-appointed property is the perfect base for your beach vacation, family getaway, or coastal adventure. Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath house offers comfortable sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom | Bedroom 2: Full Bed | Bedroom 3: Twin XL | Additional sleeping option with sofa bed in Living Room.
The home offers modern / updated bathrooms: Master bath (en-suite): Full bathroom with shower/tub combination | Main-floor bath: Full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The home comes with a well-equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals, featuring refrigerator, gas oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. We also provide essentials like cookware, dishes, and utensils. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen table or dining table with plenty of seating for everyone.

Unwind in our inviting living room, complete with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with cable/streaming services, and Wi-Fi access. Perfect for family movie nights or just relaxing after a day at the beach.

Enjoy the fresh air and sunshine on our private 1-acre yard, including a dining patio with outdoor seating, screened-in front porch and a fire pit area for enjoying s'mores and camp-fires in the evening.

For your day at the beach, we provide 7 beach tags and parking pass for easy access to the Sea Isle City Beaches. The parking pass allows for free parking anywhere in Sea Isle City, so you don't have to pay the meters.

Guests will have private access to the entire house and yard. (The additional cottage and outbuildings are inaccessible to guests).

We are available via phone or email for any questions or assistance. We respect your privacy but are happy to offer recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities to enhance your stay.

Other Things to Note:
* House Rules: No smoking inside, No parties or events, Quiet hours after 11 PM to be respectful to the neighbors, No pets.
* Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out time is 11AM. Check-in/out procedures will be communicated a week in advance of your stay.
* Sea Isle Beach Tags and Parking pass need to be left in the house basket on check-out.
* Linens are not provided, if you wish, rental of linens can be provided through a service at an additional charge.

The property was clean. It had nice amenities, appliances, WiFi and cable. The parking was a bit challenging. The driveway is narrow and the bushes block visibility to the driveway and to traffic as you pull out. Overall, the stay was enjoyable.

Overall the house was wonderful. Handled the 7 of us wonderfully and we had company of 7 more for dinner with no issues. It was a great time for family. The only downside is the bathroom upstairs. It was in the main bedroom and in the middle of the night you didn’t want to wake up who was sleeping in that bedroom there so you had to go through the house to the downstairs bathroom. Overall we had a wonderful time!

Vintage farmhouse feel with an updated interior! Clean facilities and helpful amenities. Lovely stay for our family! Would recommend bringing Keurig Pods if you are coffee drinkers.

We loved the house, it has a very comfy, cozy farmhouse feel. We were there when Hurricane Erin hit so we were thrilled that it didn't affect us at all. Everything was perfect, had a great time with our family. Would have been better if our dog had been with us but we understand that not everyone wants animals in their home. Thank you Tom for renting your beautiful property to us! We loved it!

Great stay

We stayed here for five nights with our family and really enjoyed it. We could drive into Sea Isle in 10 to 15 minutes even during busy hours. It felt peaceful while still being close to everything.The home had plenty of space with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa. It was clean.The included sea isle beach tags and parking pass made things smoother. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The living spaces were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. This was a great spot for a family beach trip. We’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful beach stay

We loved this property, plenty of comfortable space for everyone. We enjoyed the farm house charm and the private yard. We had family fun, playing Yahtzee at the dining room table. We also enjoyed family meals at the dining room table. Everything worked and was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. We also enjoyed the screened in porch. We definitely want to return. It is five minutes from sea isle city. Close to everything but you feel so private and away from everything. Check in and check out very easy. The parking pass and beach tags were a wonderful addition Thank you, for sharing your house with my family!

Amazing

The please fit my family perfect! The yard is private and large! The host goes above and beyond!! There was an issue with the washing machine. So the day I reported the issue, the host ( himself) was out there with another one hooked it up and removed the old one! Without interfering in our vacation at all! We will definitely stay again! It’s mins from the beach and there everything you need most moments away, don’t pass this one up definitely worth it!!!

The farm house was cute with country charm. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was great. Plenty of room in rental. We rented with another couple and although there were two bathrooms, we had no idea that one was on the first floor and not near a bedroom. It made it awkward and it had a door to go outside. The location was perfect. It would be great for a family.

The house was perfect for our short shore getaway. We had a soccer tournament close by on Gracetown Road, amd was less than 10 minutes from the house! The house was super clean, nicely decorated, and the AC worked great (there was bit of a hot spell while we were there). There is an additional in-room AC unit in one of the bedrooms upstairs, which helped out a lot. There were fans in each room, helping circulate the air throughout the upstairs. The house is located directly on Rt. 9, and the speed limit in front of the house is 50 mph...so the first time driving to the house, we whizzed right by going too fast - that was totally our fault. Each time after that, we were able to recognize the house's mailbox and driveway with no problem. This was also my first rental bringing our own linens, and Tom was great about setting that expectation up front, as well as suggesting some linen rental companies. In the end, we brought all of the sheets and towels with us in a large duffle - which was really no big deal. The kitchen had all the basic necessities and was great for making breakfast in the morning and sandwiches for the beach and soccer tournament. There is no ice maker, but there were plenty of ice trays we used to make ice. We drove to both Avalon Beach and Sea Isle City Beach - both are close by. The nice thing about going to Sea Isle City is the house comes with both beach tags and a parking pass! That came in really handy, and saved us from buying tags.

Hi, we're Tom and Kelly, and we work and live in Pennsylvania, but come to Cape May County often for relaxation and play by the Shore in Sea Isle City. We really enjoy the area and access to so much entertainment, and wanted to offer a relaxing space for us to share with others who might find the same appeal we find in the area.

Sitting just outside of Sea Isle City gives you so much access to several breweries and good food near by. If beer is not your thing, we recommend visiting the local wineries we come to enjoy visiting on our stays in town. There are many restaurants and eateries in Strathmere and Sea Isle, as well as several options up and down the coast in Cape May. For fun with children, beside the beach, there is the Cape May Zoo, just 10 minutes south.
