You`ll have the option to choose between a refundable $500 security deposit (plus a $15 processing fee) or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver that covers you up to $500 in damages. This step helps protect both you and the property during your stay.

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Keep noise indoors during these hours.

No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING

Keep all tires off the road.

Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.

Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840).

No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES

No Smoking Indoors:
A $600 fee applies if smoking occurs inside. This covers professional smoke extraction and ozone air treatment to remove odors and ensure a fresh environment for the next guest.

Pet Policy:
Approved pets may be subject to a pet fee to cover extra cleaning. This ensures our cleaners are notified in advance and can use specialized products to remove pet dander—important for future guests with allergies. Unauthorized pets incur a $350 fee.
