A 1930 bungalow and three cottages completed in 2024, available together for groups of up to 20. The bungalow and cottages sit on the same lot in Burlington's New North End, directly across from Ethan Allen Park — walking trails, picnic areas, and a historic lookout tower are steps from the front door. North Avenue beaches are a short bike ride away. Downtown Burlington is a quick drive for dining, breweries, and the Church Street Marketplace.
The bungalow sleeps 8 across four bedrooms and two baths, with hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, and a private porch with a swing and seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped for group meals.
The three cottages are arranged in a semicircle around an ancient oak tree. Each sleeps four with a queen bed, queen pullout sofa, full kitchen, and central A/C. Each cottage has its own outdoor seating, and two gas grills are available on the property — one near the main house and one in the grass area below the oak tree, where a gently sloping grassy yard gives groups room to spread out. Burlington International Airport (BTV) is about a 17-minute drive, making it easy for groups arriving from out of town.
With four separate units, four kitchens, and room for up to 20 guests on one shared lot, this is one of the few places in Burlington that can keep a large group together in one spot. It's a natural fit for family reunions, multi-generational getaways, wedding-party accommodations, and bachelorette weekends — everyone close by, with private bedrooms and kitchens plus a shared backyard under the old oak for gathering. It's also ideal for graduation weekends at the University of Vermont (UVM), Champlain College, and Saint Michael's College, when families need several rooms together and tend to book well in advance.
