A luxurious House at the proximity of Canada Way & Hwy #1 on a new surfaced street at a high-side beautiful corner lot at cul-de-sac. This Beautiful house is best if you're seeking a home away from home. It includes 3 bedrooms with 2.5 washrooms on both floors and 2 kitchen on main floor.
A furnished daily, weekly or monthly rental here is like no other…. why stay in a cramped and stuffy place when you can have all the amenities and convenience of a home? If you’re debating between an apartment downtown with the traffic, noise, and elevators or the thrill of more authentic accommodations, you’ve come to the right place. The chateau has the best of both worlds. This home is situated at a central location with a lane access, and a paved road, with Ample "Free" street parking. Offering furnished rentals in Greater Vancouver Lower Mainland and conveniently located. It’s the right choice for professionals and families with children seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

“The Chateau” is a huge luxury & Beautiful property. It consists of the main house and two basement suites with different options. Also, we are staying on a small portion of main floor and hosting other guests on another portions of the house as well. Please note that your 3BR M/U Fls Hse is independent, containing three bedrooms with kitchen and living area with separate entry at Upper and Main Floor. You will have your own privacy and no access to/from the main house/other basement suites (s).
Note:
Your safety is our priority. External premises and the internal common areas (means living/sitting area" inside the main floor of the building) are equipped with surveillance and security system. Surveillance in "common areas" is for the safety of our property and the guests such as baby monitor but the guest has an option to deactivate it. Similarly, there is a noise monitoring device to address potential noise complaints from neighbours which measure only the sound level and not record private conversations.
We would encourage to know our house rules. Events, Parties are strictly not allowed because our neighbour hood is very quite and have elderly people with medical conditions. intervention is quite possible. You must have to respect city bylaw enforcement and “9pm - 7am is our quiet times" means you are not allowed to do anything that makes the noise between that time. Avoid talking loudly together or over the phone inside or making unacceptable noise from TV or music after 9:00 PM. Remember: this place has our reputation / relationship with others and your stay must not compromising the comfort and sleep of other guests and Neighbours. There is a wall mount Large Screen LCD Display Sound Level Meter Tester with Alarm in sitting area of main floor as shown in the attachment which will help you to limit your noise.
As our housekeeper changes furniture & wall hanging pictures, etc. regularly, some of the furnishings may not exactly the same shown in some of the pictures. The common area at the house/suite may have very limited access by us if needed, due to the control system.
AC at main house is controlled by the owners. If AC is required, guests are requested to inform the owners upon arrival.
