Located approximately .5 blocks to the beach. Hickman Street is located in a quiet section of South Rehoboth. A short walk to unique shops and restaurants. This is an upstairs unit and non-smoking. The unit shares a washer/dryer located in the basement and has parking for 1 car per unit. The layout includes a living/ dining area, and kitchen. The unit is cooled by a/c units. Enjoy the ocean views from the front porch.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $162.50.

Cute place! Both bedrooms have separate AC units which is nice to adjust temperatures of room. Good variety of appliances, utensils at the home for renters to use. Close to board walk and ocean within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again

We had an amazing stay! We are a family of five with three children under the age of 12, and this home was the perfect fit for our family. The location was fantastic — close enough to enjoy all the attractions and boardwalk, but far enough away to escape the congestion and noise. It truly felt like a home. The home was very clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. Parking can be a little tight if you have multiple vehicles, and the laundry being located in the basement is something to note, but neither impacted our stay or our overall experience. We absolutely loved our time here and would happily stay again. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for families to make memories. Our only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay!

Everything was great. With the long drive I had to get down to Rehoboth Beach, I made really good time and was very happy that I was able to check-in a little early. Joseph and the staff on duty were very accommodating and explained the procedures and the info in the arrival packet. The property was clean and the area was quieter than expected, which was a welcome change from other vacation spots I've visited. Thanks again for a great experience!

I don't recall reading in any of the descriptions that the washer and dryer were accessible by exiting the unit and entering from the outside a very damp and musty basement where the insulation is falling down all around you and where only two light bulbs in the entire space worked which had to be turned on by pulling strings. Also, the AC in one bedroom did not work all week and the guy who came to measure said they had been fighting with that one all summer so the owners knew it was having issues but did not take action to fix it so guests would have a comfortable stay. After being instructed by our agent to place a box fan in the doorway to pull air in from the living room, we checked and there was no fan in the unit so we had to go buy one with our own money. Later found out the cleaning lady took the fan. Also, upon arriving it did not seem like the floor had been swept. I know it's the beach and sand is everywhere but it did not seem like it had been cleaned. Also the ceiling fan blades were quite disgusting and need a good clean. One other thing, the pull out sofa bed is completely broken at the bottom on one side and so there is no support at the foot of the bed. So the unit really only sleeps 5 which is how many we had in our party, thank goodness. But because it was broken it made it hard for even one person to sleep on the other side of the bed so our daughter had to sleep on the couch for the week. The kitchen was pretty sparse when it comes to cooking and all of the frying pans were very old and used. The location was great but I don't think we will stay here again. Thank you.

Loved the location and the balconies. Very short walk to the beach and reasonable walk to boardwalk and shops/restaurants. The property is in good shape overall and worked very well for our needs. Cons are fairly minor but wanted to mention: - AC units worked well, but bedroom units were quite loud and there didn’t seem to be any way to adjust the main room unit (remote had no effect). Bedroom ceiling fans helped a lot.- kitchen is reasonably stocked with dishes, but there is nothing else. We were prepared, but make sure you bring TP, paper towels, dish/hand soap, a sponge, etc. The line between being a bit overpriced versus a 5-star great find is the little things and making your guests feel welcome.- Maybe bothers me more than most, but pretty annoyed by the up-charges and fees hiding in the rental agreement. There shouldn’t need to be a revised bill, the price I see when I book should be what I pay. It feels like you’re trying to be sneaky and it isn’t a good look.
