Your room sleeps up to 4 with two beds, A/C, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a private bathroom with hot water. The property is a natural refuge wrapped in jungle and local wildlife - from the upper floors you may glimpse the sea, and you'll likely spot raccoons (and, if you're lucky, flamingos). It sits just two blocks from the ferry, so you can walk straight from the dock to your room.

Guest Access:

Krak-Inn is a boutique hotel with 11 rooms - ideal for couples, families, or groups traveling together - with shared rooftop terraces and lounge areas. There's no pool or direct beach access, but one of Holbox's most beautiful beaches is about a 10-minute walk (around 10 blocks) away, and as our guest you'll receive a free drink at one beach club and 10% off at another. Check-in is self-service; a receptionist lives on site and is available whenever you need help.



The Neighborhood:

You're two blocks from the ferry - super convenient for arriving and leaving the island - and just a few minutes' walk from the island center, with Holbox's best restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach all within 5-10 blocks. A well-stocked convenience store is right next door. In the evenings you may hear people out and about, but Holbox is a calm, safe, and friendly island.



Getting Around:

There are no paved roads in Holbox - that's part of its charm; you get around on foot or by golf cart. If you rent one, you can park it right outside the hotel. From the mainland you reach Holbox by ferry from Chiquila, and Krak-Inn is just two blocks from the Holbox dock.



Other Things to Note:

- Before arrival, please complete the online registration and send a photo ID for every guest - we require an ID for each guest to authorize access to the property and to send your check-in details.

- We're an eco-property surrounded by nature, so you may encounter birds, raccoons, geckos, and other small wildlife - please respect them and keep food sealed.

- We're pet-friendly: one small pet per room is welcome (additional pets and larger breeds are subject to approval and a small nightly fee arranged at reception); please don't leave pets alone in the room.

- Check-in is self-service; there is no on-site receptionist but someone can assist if needed.

- Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure.



Interaction with Guests:

We handle self check-in for a smooth arrival. We have a front desk, and although the receptionist isn't always at the desk, he lives on site and is available whenever you need anything. Our local Andiani team is also a message away for recommendations, transfers, and tours.
