Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love our family getaways at Lake Martin and this is our FAVORITE house to stay in. The management and property owners are the BEST, we never have any major issues and the communication/follow up is very good. We will see you next time we visit Lake Martin!

Absolutely beautiful home. Clean , comfortable with an amazing location. The private beach area of this home is a great bonus!

Great House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is fantastic and only 45 minutes from Auburn. We rented the house for Thanksgiving week and really enjoyed it. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need - even if you are preparing a full Thanksgiving meal. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful great room with huge couch for the entire family. We will be back!

Unfortunately, an unexpected high fever hit our son right before his 11th birthday weekend, and we had to cancel the lake trip he had been so excited to share with his buddies. Needless to say, there were some very disappointed kids—and parents!Although the rest of us never got the chance to truly experience this beautiful home, my husband did stay for one night so he could pack up our boat and get it into storage. We have stayed in many different Lake Martin homes throughout the summer, and when he came home, his exact assessment was that this was THE NICEST place we would have stayed all summer. Coming from him, that is very high praise!We were genuinely so disappointed that illness kept us from enjoying the home the way we had planned, because it was clear that it would have been the perfect place for such a special weekend. We are already hoping to circle back in the spring and give our son the 11th-birthday lake trip with his buddies that he missed.Thank you for opening such a wonderful home and sharing it with families like ours. Lake Martin is one of our very favorite places—a place where our family always seems to slow down, reconnect, and make some of our best memories. We only wish we could have made those memories here this time around, but hopefully this was simply a rain check. We would absolutely love the opportunity to come back and truly enjoy this beautiful place!

Annual family Lake Martin trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay at the lake with our family! Due to large family, we also rented Eagles Nest home right next door. Both homes were very clean and good location with easy access to local stores if needed. The Eagles View was a very large new home stocked very well, nicely furnished indoor & outdoor, and best amenity was the sloping sandy beach area for the small children to swim. Eagles nest was a smaller home also furnished and stocked well along with a nice gas grill. The Eagles nest also has a nice boat launch that accommodated my 24’ center console boat and a great two story boat deck with swim platform. Both houses share large paved driveway with plenty of parking. Great location on large water and also during our stay had less boat traffic. Our agent Leeatra at Big Fish was a pleasure to work with and very helpful to meet our large group needs. She would always quickly respond to my calls or text to ensure we had an awesome vacation. Thank you to the owners for sharing their homes with us and Big Fish arranging our stay. Look forward to future vacations at these homes.
