IMPORTANT NOTE #1: If you are looking to host any type of gathering here (i.e. wedding, a dinner, a wake, a bachelor or bachelorette party or any type of gathering the standard nightly rates do not apply. Please contact us to discuss further.
IMPORTANT NOTE #2: There are OUTDOOR cameras located on the property for safety and security reasons. They are not to be turned off during your stay.
THE LOFT:
This is a very roomy loft at 1500sqft and can sleep up to 9.
The large open kitchen has all the modern stainless steel appliances and conveniences, including a large fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, blender, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. It is well equipped with all the dinnerware, cookware, glassware, cutlery and utensils you would need to cook any type of gourmet meal. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and you can seat 3-4 at the kitchen island.
Basic spices, oils, sugar, coffee/tea, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper are provided for the first few days to get you going. Please note that we do not restock during your stay.
The bed arrangements are as follows:
Master Bedroom = 1x King Bed (sleeps 2)
Spare Bedroom = 1x Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Flex Room #1 = 1x Double Bed (sleeps 2)
Flex Room #2 = 1x Double Bed (sleeps 2)
Sofa = sleeps 1
All linens and towels are included.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT FLEX BEDROOMS:
The 2x flex space bedrooms do not have doors on them. They have curtains that you can pull closed to create privacy. There is no closet in these spaces but there is a small dresser in each for clothing storage.
For Entertainment purposes the house has Flatscreen Smart TVs (internet enabled) TVs in both rooms ranging from 40" to 55". The living room has a large 58" TV and there is a 65" Samsung Frame TV in the kitchen which is great for looking at really cool art photos or just having a game on while you cook dinner. High speed WIFI internet & basic cable TV is available.
This unit is great for families, a group of friends, couples who are travelling together or for business travellers.
A/C to keep you cool on hot days and furnace to keep you warm on the cold days.
This unit is fully equipped and ready to go. We trust that you will be at home in your home away from home!
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. We must provide written approval in advance.

There is a separate entrance and a separate gravel road that will take you directly to the loft.
THE FARM:
The loft is located in our guest house on our farm where we also have our principle residence. You will love the tranquility of the area. We also raise chickens and sell eggs (seasonally) on our farm. Feel free to feed them & fresh farm eggs are for sale if you want for your breakfast!
IMPORTANT NOTE #1: We live on an acreage/farm and we have things like chickens, dogs, cats etc. We have a rooster who likes to crow a lot and often times early in the morning. There are other wild animals like raccoons, coyotes, ducks, geese, eagles, hawks, crows, woodpeckers, owls, moles, mice etc. that often visit our forested land. Although we have never seen any since we have moved into the property many years ago, there have been very scarce reports of bears and cougars in the area. Please keep this in mind when booking our property.
IMPORTANT NOTE #2: open fires and bonfires are not permitted on our property for most of the year as per the provincial fire bans and municipal bylaws that are often in place.
IMPORTANT NOTE #3: We have parking for 2 cars. If you are planning to bring more than 2 cars, please notify us in advance (before requesting to book) so we can plan accordingly.
Step outside and you are immediately blown away by the open green space with massive cedar and fir trees. Play a few of our outdoor seasonal games such as badminton, cornhole, volleyball, glow in the dark bocce ball, frisbee etc. Maybe you want to try a round on our seasonal private disk golf course we created! You can also walk over to the pond where ducks are often swimming or say hi to our chickens. They love treats! If you have small children please do not allow them near the pond unsupervised. We have more than 2 acres of green space so there is lots of room to enjoy.
Spend your days walking through the local trails of Campbell Valley Park with your dogs, and come home all the entertainment you could ask for.
We live on a sprawling acreage that has lots of trees.
Our Farm is family-friendly and children of all ages are welcome. Our chickens are raised with love on our little farm.
The farm is also pet-friendly, but pet fees and pet deposits do apply.
While we do provide high speed wireless internet at no charge we encourage you to unplug and be inspired and revitalized by this naturally beautiful and healthy environment.
