The Space:
Our well-appointed home is perfect for families or groups of friends visiting the area. Built by Frank Lloyd Wright protégé, Sam Evans, in 1964, Tree Tops is a cornerstone of Gainesville’s Modern Architectural history. It boasts a seamless integration of architecture and the natural landscape. Pictures and words do not describe the beauty of dwelling in this home.

As you step inside the reverse floorplan, you'll immediately notice the comfortable and inviting living space, which is ideal for relaxing after a long day of exploring all that Gainesville has to offer. The upper living room features cozy seating and a 65" flat-screen television with YouTube TV, making it the perfect spot for movie nights, Gator games, or catching up on your favorite shows. Guests may also sign into their Netflix and Hulu accounts.

The living space transitions into the dining area and has plenty of space for everyone to enjoy meals together. To the left of the dining space are large sliding glass doors that open up to the first of three outdoor decks with seating for two.

Continue on to the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and All-Clad cookware. Attached to the kitchen is a bar and wine fridge to store your favorite vintages at the right temp. Abutting the kitchen and wine bar is an additional screened-in deck with cozy seating for six which is accessed by the large sliding glass doors.

Before heading downstairs, you'll find the entrance to the large primary bedroom which includes a king-size bed, cozy seating area, walk-in closet, large flatscreen TV, and en-suite bathroom.

Head downstairs to access a second living room, three additional guest quarters, a laundry room, and a large deck with an outdoor kitchen and a dining table with seating for eight.

Our location is truly unbeatable, with easy access to all the best attractions that Gainesville has to offer. From museums and galleries to shopping and dining, there's something for everyone in this vibrant city. Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the home, but will not have access to the garage or outdoor atrium.

Walking distance (1 mile) to University of Florida Ben Hill Griffin Football Stadium!

|NO PARTIES| We love our neighborhood and our neighbors and for that reason, we have a zero-tolerance rule for parties in place. By booking this property you are agreeing to not host a party. If a party is detected, guests will be asked to leave and will not be eligible for a refund. For those respectfully enjoying the outdoor spaces during your stay, please be mindful of the quiet hours.

|NO SMOKING| For the health and safety of our guests and the surrounding woodland, there is no smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on the property. By booking this property you are agreeing to not smoke or vape. If smoking is detected, guests will be asked to leave and will not be eligible for a refund.

|HOGTOWN CREEK| Hogtown Creek is a protected wetland and therefore we ask guests to refrain from standing on the edge of its banks or entering the creek itself.

|VISITORS| We understand that guests may want to have a friend or two over to visit during their stay. We kindly ask that you let us know if you plan to invite anyone outside of your rental party to the property.

|PETS| We allow dogs on a case-by-case basis. Please do not instantly book until you inquire with us. Those with allergies should note that pets stay here from time to time.
