The main living area features a brand-new queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress and two cozy swivel rocker recliners, all centered around a large flat-screen TV—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a dresser, and plenty of room to settle in and feel right at home. The Summit is located beachfront in Panama City Beach! Vacation rentals here have incredible Outdoor Amenities, including: Two Large outdoor pools, Two children's pools, Two large outdoor hot tubs, One large indoor hot tub, His and Hers Sauna Steam Rooms, Lighted Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard Court, Beach Services, Water Sports Center, Bikini Bob's restaurant, Beach Volleyball, and Poolside Tiki Bar.
