THE SPACE

This recently renovated five-bedroom, four-bathroom home is located in an established urban neighborhood near the Five Points and Alta Vista areas. The neighborhood is undergoing continued improvement and offers the character and convenience of being close to downtown.

Inside, luxury and recreation come together with a six-person hot tub, badminton and volleyball court, Smart 4K TVs in every room, Sonos Arc and Subwoofer system, indoor and outdoor Alexa smart speakers, professional-series shuffleboard table, Xbox, and retro Pac-Man arcade game.

• No outside or unregistered guests.
