For future guests, the cabin features one queen bed, as listed, along with a sofa chair bed available upon request. Washer/dryer are not something we advertise as having. Hi Denise, thank you for staying at our Hilltop Cabin. Our co-hosts took great care of you throughout your stay. We want to be clear on a few points for future guests: the hot tub is in the exact same location shown in our listing photos — no discrepancy there. The power outage was due to a storm, entirely outside our control, and restored within hours. When you flagged the ant issue, we responded and resolved it quickly. Hilltop Cabin is a hilltop retreat in the middle of the Red River Gorge forest. Spiders, webs, leaves on the deck, and gnats in early fall aren't cleanliness issues. They're the woods. Guests looking for a sealed, hotel-style environment will be happier in town. Guests looking for a real cabin in nature are who this property is built for. The hot tub was freshly cleaned before arrival, which the guest confirmed. When extra towels were requested, our housekeeper drove out and delivered them the same day. Internet service in the Gorge is limited, and our listing says so upfront. Most of our guests see that as a feature, not a flaw. We never received a single message about any of these concerns during the stay. The guest spent one night, left the next morning, and shared everything here instead. Every issue raised was either expected for the location or something we would have handled within the hour if asked. "Our reviews from guests who stayed in the same season speak for themselves." We look forward to hosting guests who come for what the Gorge truly offers.
