The once famous Birmingham Southern College is just a stones throw away from this property. Over the years, the surrounding area has seen better days. However, recently developers have purchased many homes in the area and are flipping them into amazing homes and multi-family residences.
Inside, you’ll find a beautifully appointed space with all the amenities needed for a memorable stay. The open-plan living area is bathed in natural light. Not to mention a state-of-the-art kitchen, a game room equipped with bean bags and even a Wii, fun bedrooms, including a bunk room and 1.5 bathrooms equipped with shower products and of course cozy towels. Step outside to your private patio, where the melodies of nature and breathtaking views await. Ideal for couples, families and even larger groups.
