Amazing property with access to the beach club. Traveled with a family of 5 with young kids. Great central hub location to explore the island. Kids loved the pool and beach!

We had an excellent 7-day stay at this condo. We are a family of 4, including 2 children. It is extremely well kept and clean. Great location. Everything at the condo works well, and we were very comfortable. It is very well equipped. Beds, bathrooms, kitchen, everything was fine. We loved the grounds and the community pools and gym. The beach club is perfect. It offers plenty of shade and calm waters or the kids to play. The nearby Foodland market has everything you may need. Communication with the host was great and without delay. She was very helpful with everything that we asked about. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a beautifully decorated and clean condo in a peaceful community and great location. It was easy walking and biking distance to the store, the pool, the beach and coastal trails! The bed was comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped. Sara was super helpful and a great communicator. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

We stayed at this lovely town home for six nights and cannot say enough about this charming and welcoming place. The host has extraordinary taste. The place is well stocked with amenities for enjoying great meals and island exploration. She has curated a list of resources in the area which were amazing! We had the most relaxing and enjoyable experience and cannot wait to return!

Fabulous condo, quiet area, awesome location/development, great amenities, well-stocked with all the essentials. While we LOVED our stay, the only downer was that the living room furniture had very little support and was uncomfortable. (Side note: a majority of the condos we've stayed in (we go 2 x yearly) have uncomfortable living room furniture - IDK why, maybe it's just a thing?)

We had an amazing stay near the Mauna Lani resort. The house is well equipped with everything you need for the beach, and has the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in an VRBO. The hosts are very responsive, there is a nice reading library, and some fun Easter eggs throughout the house. It is in a comfortable golf course community with many birds, we even saw a gaggle of turkeys one morning while we were having breakfast!

I've stayed at various rentals on the B.I. and within the Mauna Lani Resort. The Surf House was wonderful and super cozy. The layout was perfect as the master is upstairs and guest bedroom downstairs for privacy. I slept better all week than I have all year. The condo has a well stocked garage with bikes and beach gear including several boogie boards, TB chairs, TB umbrellas, coolers etc. We are beach bums so this was a plus not to have to rent. We brought our own gear but there were several sets of snorkels and masks. We enjoyed the outdoor BBQ one night that has a large patio to relax. The TV has all the streaming apps you could ask for. Due to the Ironman race we stayed in one day as the surface streets were closed. We cheered on some racers and enjoyed a relaxing day at the beautiful pool complex that has a quiet area (lap pool) and a larger family pool surrounded by lush gardens. The well equipped gym is adjacent that we used several times. There are 2 saunas also on site. The condo rental gives you ML Beach Club access which we enjoyed 2 days. Great snorkeling and on site restaurant (Napua). The Surf House is near the best beaches and we also visited Kua Bay and Hapuna. We caught a few sunsets at nearby Petroglyph Park where turtles can often be spotted resting. Foodland is just a few blocks down the street where we discovered some of the best ahi poke for an impromptu picnic. Surf House has all of the comforts of home and we hope to be back.

Sorry for the overdue review. We came home and got busy with Xmas and New Year. Our stay at Sara’s home was excellent! There was only one positive review at the time of my booking so I decided to take a chance. It turned out perfect! The house was so clean and new. It has EVERYTHING you need to make our stay so enjoyable. We ended up cooking 3 dinner at the condo and the kids love it. There is a nearby market where we can bought food to prepare our meals. I am a runner so I would get up early to do my run around the area. The beach at the club is enjoyable and calm. We also enjoyed the 49 black beach near by. We used the bikes to get to the beach club. The house has snorkeling gears, beach bag, beach chairs, beach towels, surf boards, beach umbrellas (I love it so much I ordered one for myself:)) I am Asian so I love the fact that she even have nice and rice cooker in the kitchen!.I had two grown kids so I wish the bed downstairs is a king instead of a queen but that is our personal need not important. Sara is very good with responding to my questions and text. We would highly recommend Sara’s home for your next stay on the Big Island. Thank you

Our experience with the host was outstanding! She was so supportive, helpful and easy to communicate with. The property is beautiful and everything she advertised. We hope to stay in her unit again.
