COME ON IN!
On the first floor, you will find a primary suite with a king bed and a private bathroom! Next to it, the spacious kitchen is equipped with new appliances, a coffeemaker, a blender, a toaster oven/airfryer, a lobster pot, and just about anything else you could think of. The dining space can seat 10+ people with spectacular views of the river. The dining/kitchen space also has four barstools.
The first floor also features a sitting area with a couch and an adoring coffee table where you can relax, along with an oversized couch in a cozy living room with a fireplace and television. When you get bored on the couch, head to the gameroom to play ping pong or air hockey.

On the second floor you will find three spacious bedrooms. The first is a room with a king bed, the second room contains four twin beds, and the third bedroom has a Queen bed with a twinxl trundle bed.

The house has three bathrooms (two downstairs and one upstairs). One includes a tub.

All televisions are smart TVs with streaming ability.

This home also includes an outdoor firepit and gas grill.
