Three story, seven bedroom, 6300 square feet home, with a large yard, two porches and a bluestone patio, located directly on Nassau Street. Five minute walk to Hoagie Haven, and fifteen minute walk to Nassau Hall.

Ideal setup for groups with young children coming to Princeton for reunions.

In addition to sleeping for 14 in beds (1 king; 3 queens; 1 full; 4 twins), 1 toddler bed, queen size airbeds, crib and pack and play available. Layout as follows:

3rd floor:
-Bedroom with full bed. Shared bathroom with queen (note you have to walk through the queen bedroom to get to bathroom)
-Bedroom with queen bed, en suite full bath.
-Walk out third floor porch with seating and hammock.

2nd floor:
-Master with king bed. En suite full bathroom.
-Nursey with crib adjacent to master.
-Queen bed, sharing room with toddler bed. Jack and Jill full bathroom with next room.
-2 twin beds, each with pullout trundles, making for 4 twin beds, in quasi-bunkbed style. Shares bathroom with the room with a queen.
-Laundry room.

1st floor:
-Open floor living, kitchen, breakfast room.
-Half bath.
-“Formal” dining and living rooms.

Basement:
-Queen size bedroom. Toilet and shower not en suite, but in the basement as well.
-Finished play space for kids. Couches. Forts. Inside jungle gym.


Of course it’ll be professionally cleaned and tidied, but not a sterilized vacation property/rental. Lived in home for family of 5 (+dog) with associated kids toys, clothes in closet, food in the pantry, etc. Four parking spots in driveway, and ample street parking on adjacent side street.
