Great communication from the host, great location close to the heart of Kona, and very comfortable condo. We were here for a week with three teenagers, and loved everything about this condo. We could walk to the Kona pier, many of the unique local restaurants, and lots of the local art and shopping locations. The ocean views from this top floor unit were amazing both morning and evening. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals, the beds were very comfortable, and the owners provided lots of guidance on how to enjoy the areas all around Kona and the big island. We will plan to stay here on our next trip to Kona!

Excellent response from host and most helpful with accommodating our needs.Kitchen is most well stocked with every type and size of pots, dishes, etc one could need. Nice to have salt/pepper and various other spices available for all to use.3rd bedroom is small, but suited our needs just fine.Loved the beach toys, chairs, snorkel gear, coolers and various games/puzzles. Fun was had by all.

We had a fantastic stay in this condo. It was comfortable, well equipped with everything we needed, and it felt like staying at a friend’s home. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive when we reached out. The location worked out great for us. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the pier, and an even shorter walk to our favorite places like Like Java, and On The Rocks.

This is my second stay at this property, and it was an overall lovely experience. The hosts were great, and the location is perfect. However, I wish the place was a bit cleaner. The floor was very dirty, and we had to sweep it every day from the moment we arrived. Some furniture and bathrooms could also use some upgrades. Despite these minor issues, I would still stay here again and hope they can make some improvements.

One of the best views of Kona!!! Great communication. Well stocked with all the little extras, that made the stay feel more homey. Best views in town!!!

Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again at this well stocked VRBO that is within walking distance of anything you might want to do in Kona. The patios offered wonderful views of the ocean to take in your morning coffee and the kitchen was large enough to not feel stuffed while I made everyone’s breakfast. Comfortable beds and decent sized bathrooms. A

Another amazing visit

We stayed here two years ago in 2023 and we have had yet another amazing visit in 2025. You can not beat the location! Most places have paid parking if you want to visit downtown but here you can leave your car in its parking spot(right up front!) And take a short walk to shopping and yummy fod downtown

Kona penthouse

Great stay. Property was as advertised- big, clean, AC was great and it was very well stocked. Short walk to lots of shops and restaurants, amazing views, and a great home base for beach adventures. Check in was simple and hosts are easy to reach.

50th Birthday Celebration

Great view and great location. Good size with bedrooms needed and the bathrooms needed. Easy check in and out. Good additions with the folding chairs and boogie board. Great to have parking in this area. Air conditioning was good. Kitchen was what we needed. It was a great place to be. Just as an fyi the iron didn’t work and I believe the hot water in the bathroom shower closest to the front door, was on a slow leak

Perfection Sanctuary

This well appointed condo was the perfect sanctuary after long days of sightseeing. The 3 separate bedrooms and 2 lanais were ideal for quiet times for 3 adults. The spacious common area provided ample space to cook, eat, play games and watch TV. Beds are very comfortable and the furniture is clean and comfy. So many extras were available from condiments, coffee filters, scissors, batteries, beach towels and coolers. The snorkeling gear and beach chairs were greatly appreciated! We did not use the pool but found the laundry area helpful. The only downside was the outdoor noise but I would choose this place for its central location and proximity to the ocean, market and stores over a quieter resort.

Lovely week in Kailua-Kona

Overall a very positive experience after the initial problem gaining access to the condo due to a malfunctioning deadbolt on primary front door. Thanks to a quick response from landlord the issue was resolved. Nice area and outstanding view from 7th floor balcony. Also important to note that landlord provided plenty of beach equipment to assure our enjoyment without incurring additional rental expense.

This penthouse condo was a brilliant match for our family. We love to walk and explore the community which this location was perfectly situated to give us walking access in 3 directions. The volcanoes park was a trip worth taking around the island too. Lots of fun activities close by and we enjoyed feeling at home with a well-outfitted kitchen and comfortable beds for all 5 of us.Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality we hope to return and this is the perfect place!

When you overlook Alii drive from this property you want to get your day started. The AC came in clutch in this beautiful condo. Great communication and perfect location.

Great location and view!

Check-in was easy and keys were in the lockbox as communicated. The unit was very clean and stocked with all the dishes and cutlery you can imagine. Air conditioners were a bit noisy but not bad - at least they were cool. Great location within walking distance to the fruit market which had the best longans and papayas!

Wonderful property

Property was as advertised and property manager communtcated promply and kindly! Even allowed us an early check in when we realized we arrived earlier than check in time. Conso was clean and had beach towels and coolers to use as well as all the needed kitchen utensils, appliances and needs. Highly recommentd and a wonderful stay in kona!

Great stay in Kona

We had a very comfortable stay at this property. Francoise was a gracious host, and very responsive and communicative. The condo was very well stocked with any extras you could need - from baby gear (e.g. pack and play) to beach gear (body board, snorkeling gear, towels, and more). We would definitely consider staying here again during future visits to Kona.

Best Penthouse in Kailua Village

This condo has it all!! Views, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants! I have stayed there 2 times and couldnt be happier! It has a fully stocked kitchen, we absolutely love it!!

Kailua Village unit 706

The property was clean, everything we needed was there. The view of Kailua and the ocean was awesome. The property is within walking distance of downtown. The elevators are a big plus. The traffic outside can get loud. The common laundry is on the first floor. Overall we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We have been coming to the Big Island for over twenty years and enjoy the variety of experiences here - whether hiking out to see the flowing lava, snorkeling and admiring the sealife , or trying out new sports like SUP...Now that we are retired, we spend part of the year here, and are happy to share our home with you when we're not on-island.

we fell in love with this property because it's convenient to so many things we love in Kona - from excellent coffee to restaurants, the farmer's market, the water - not to mention sunset mai-tais - all without driving. And the Big Island's other attractions are just a short drive away.
