The Space
The studio is a thoughtfully furnished space with a private bathroom, kitchenette, and wardrobe.
The bathroom can be closed off with a sliding door for privacy or left open to enhance the open loft feel.
Towels and essentials are provided. If anything is missing or runs out, just let us know — we’ll take care of it immediately.

Want to enjoy a movie or series? The TV has Netflix and can be watched from the dining table—perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. In the evening, simply turn the screen toward the bed and relax in comfort.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare a simple breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
A quiet fridge is hidden inside the cupboard to store your groceries. On the countertop, you’ll find a Nespresso machine and kettle.
Coffee, tea, sugar, and milk are included for normal use during your stay.

For added convenience, the right-hand cabinet functions as a wardrobe, complete with hangers and a small chest of drawers.
Luggage can be placed next to the fridge or on top of the wardrobe.

A good night’s sleep is important, even without daylight. That’s why the studio is fitted with automatic blackout curtains.
No need to reach up—just point the remote control toward the left side of the curtains.
Press the right arrow to open, and the left arrow to close the curtains.

The studio has underfloor heating in both the living area and the bathroom.
Please note: underfloor heating responds slowly, so extreme changes in temperature settings won’t have an immediate effect.
It can take up to 12 hours to change by one degree. The thermostat by the door regulates the floor heating and is best left as-is.
For quicker temperature changes, feel free to use the air conditioning unit, which can both cool and heat.

The dining table also works well as a desk or workspace.
A private Wi-Fi network is available, offering a strong and stable internet connection.

An iron and ironing board are available upon request—just let us know if you need them.

Despite our efforts to make everything perfect, if something is missing or needs attention (extra coffee, tea, or toilet paper), don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re always happy to help!

Guest Access
The hallway is shared with the loft at the rear of the building.
Beyond that, the studio is completely private and fully equipped with all amenities.

Other Things to Note
No smoking indoors!
As this is an interior unit, windows cannot be opened, and the smoke detector will activate immediately if smoke is detected.
Smoking is allowed outside, where a bench on the sidewalk in front of the entrance offers a comfortable spot.

A washer and dryer are available in the building.
If you need to do laundry urgently, please contact the host in advance.
The machines are not for guest self-use; we offer laundry as an extra service.
Depending on the load, we charge a small fee of €5–€10 per wash and dry cycle.
