Exceeded our expectations: comfortable rooms, plenty of room for all of us, host made it very inviting and warm, felt like home. Location was close to all the attractions we went to see. Host kept us informed, just as they said they would, also checked on us several times during our stay.

When we first booked the property, we thought it had 4 bedrooms. It was listed that way and bedroom 2 was listed twice. It worked out fine, we didn't have as many people come as we thought. Other than that, everything was great. But if we would have had more people, we'd have been in trouble. I think this may have already been fixed on the website, but wanted someone to know. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for staying with us and for bringing this to our attention. We’re glad everything worked out well for your group and that you otherwise had a great stay. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the bedroom count this property is listed as 3 Bedroom. We understand how important accurate information is when planning accommodations for a larger group, and we appreciate you letting us know so we could make sure the listing information is correct. We’re especially glad to hear the issue did not impact your stay this time, and we truly appreciate knowing you would stay with us again!

The condo was clean and spacious. The location was outstanding, being just a short drive from the Branson strip. We loved the back porch and view of the cliffs over Lake Taneycomo. Each room had a nice big screen TV and comfortable beds. The mattresses are firm, but we like a firm mattress. Check-in, check-out and access (door code) were very efficient and straightforward. We will be back!

The place was very nice and clean, but there was no water turned on when we got there and that took a while to get taken care of. Also the TVs in the bedroom worked, but the one in the living room needed to have directions on how to get it to operate. We could not get it to come on the channels, if you fast forwarded you could see what had gone on, but you could not get it on the screen, The screen was black. Other than that I was very pleased with the place, but during football season you need to be able to watch TV.

Thank you so much for staying with us, we truly appreciate your business. We are very sorry to hear that your experience was anything less than five stars. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you encountered. While amenities such as the TV can occasionally experience unexpected issues, we would have been more than happy to send a member of our maintenance team to assist had we been notified during your stay. Regarding the water issue, we sincerely apologize, as it was an oversight and the water was not turned on prior to your arrival. Our maintenance team was able to resolve the issue promptly once it was brought to our attention, and we truly regret the inconvenience this caused during your stay. Thank you again for your feedback and understanding. We hope you have a wonderful day and safe travels.

It was a good stay, and we enjoyed it. The only concern we had was for 6 adults staying at the property, the guest bathroom only had 1-2 washcloths. Not enough for everyone to use one in the shower. We requested more washcloths (only washcloths, we were good on hand towels and large towels) - we got only hand towels and large towels. We never got the washcloths we requested.

Thank you for staying with us! I’m glad to hear you had a good overall stay and enjoyed your time in Branson. I also appreciate you clarifying the situation with the towels. I’m sorry again that your initial request for washcloths wasn’t fulfilled correctly at the time, that’s an easy but important miss on our side, especially for a group of six adults. I’m glad the team was able to later deliver additional towels and washcloths, but I understand that it didn’t fully resolve the original inconvenience during your stay. We’ll use this feedback to tighten up our response process so specific requests are handled more accurately the first time. Thanks again for your patience and for taking the time to share this.
