Welcome to your stylish and serene retreat! This beautiful backyard cottage sits behind a newly renovated Dutch Colonial in the charming Huning Highland Historic District—just one mile from Downtown Albuquerque.
The space features a modern, minimalist décor with abundant natural light, and access to a shared patio. Enjoy comforts like refrigerated air, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a 40” Vizio Full HD Smart Cast TV. The full eat-in kitchen is equipped with a freestanding gas range, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all the utensils you'll need.
The highlight? A plush Vista Series pocketed spring queen mattress engineered for deep support and a restful night’s sleep.
This clean, private cottage offers:
Private entrance and bathroom
Soft, fluffy towels and fresh, comfortable pillows (ask us where to buy!)
Limited guest interaction for privacy and safety
Professional cleaning and maintenance
Free street parking with a provided parking pass (left on the dining table)
Location Perks: Walk to Albuquerque’s Rapid Transit line, excellent restaurants and cafes, yoga studios, salons, the Special Collections Public Library, and more.

No pets and absolutely no smoking, drugs, or illegal activity
No candles, incense, or any burning on the premises
No parties or unregistered guests
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Lock the door every time you leave
Turn off lights and AC when not in use
Do not move or rearrange furniture
No eating meals in bed or red/colored drinks on furniture
Check-out is by 11:00 AM
Notify us ASAP if anything breaks or spills
Eco-friendly practices appreciated: conserve water, energy, and recycle
We contract monthly with Truly Nolen Pest Control, but due to the historic nature of the home, the occasional bug may appear—we appreciate your understanding
Important Fees:
Lost key: $60
Lost parking pass: $200
