For your safety, the property includes a Ring doorbell camera at the entrance. Your privacy is our utmost priority, there are no surveillance devices inside the home.
Accessibility: The townhome is not wheelchair accessible due to multiple short flights of stairs throughout. All stairs have handrails, but please exercise caution for small children or guests with mobility challenges.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views of the ocean and amazing sunsets. Kitchen was well equipped; furnishings and art were so well coordinated in a sophisticated beachy look! The space was light and bright! Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of linens with very nice hair and skin products. Loved that there was comfortable sofa seating area on both patios. This condo is close to the clubhouse and electric car charger.

This house is BEAUTIFUL! Recently remodeled and gorgeous - and stocked with everything you'll need in a home away from home. Perfect for an extended family get-together with the 4 bedrooms and many beds. We stay at Monterey Dunes often (and love it!), and it's hard to find a home there with comprehensive upgrades like this one. Beds were all comfy; house was very clean; and check-in and check-out were super clear. Host was quick to respond with questions. We'll definitely be staying again!

Grundsätzlich schöne Anlage, wenn jemand die Natur liebt.Die Gesamtanlage ist etwas ins Alter gekommen , Clubhaus ist renovierungsbedürftig Whirlpool, Pool und Tennisplätze sind ok.Wohnung selbst war sehr gut, es hat an nicht gefehlt.
