Debra was an excellent host. She called multiple times on our 6hr drive to check in and ask if we needed anything. The check in process was great. Debra called upon arrival and walked me through the access process and gate codes. She then sent me a list of all the recommended restaurants which were kid friendly. My family had a wonderful time and we will certainly be back!

Great location away from the "crowds" but sill easy to get to places and easy access to beach. Would stay again.

I’ve never been to a more kid friendly rental! If you have kids this is the place you want. Very accommodating. Wonderful host! Great stay!

Family vacation

The condo is on the beach block and is amazing!! It was just as pictured! We had so much fun staying and cant wait to go back next year! We loved that it was so kid friendly!!

We just got back from an amazing stay at Jetty’s Break 101. The host, Debra, was so wonderful with great communication. The condo was exactly as advertised and everything (and I mean everything) we could possibly need was there. Condo was large and spacious with 2.5 bathrooms! Having the crib, pack and play, stroller, highchair, toys, and beach cart saved us so much time and space with packing. Linens/towels were provided and there were tons of extras, if needed. Nice area with lots to do around the condo (shops/restaurants) and being ocean block, just a short walk to the beach . Having two parking spots and an elevator was also really nice. Our granddaughter loved the rooftop pool and we were able to see the fireworks from the roof. Thank you for an enjoyable stay and we hope to be back next year!

Property is beautiful and convenient to everything. I love the availability of line , beach towels and accessories, games, and streaming channels! I will most definitely be staying again!!!!

Great stay for extended family!!

This is our second summer staying at this great place. The spacious open floor plan and easy walk to the [guarded] beach makes it ideal for our crew (2 families of 4 Aunt and grandmother). Coded entry makes it easy and communication was excellent. The place is thoughtfully stocked with lots of extra supplies (everything from extra beach towels, linens, beach chairs wagon, and toiletries), should you forget something! We didn’t have to worry about anything but showing up and enjoying ourselves. We would love to come back!

Great Get-Away

We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The property was spacious, plenty of towels, sheets, and all the kitchen supplies we needed. Our granddaughter enjoyed all the toys, and the new crib was great for our 3 month old grandson. The walk to the beach was very short, and the rooftop pool, though small, was great for a quick dip. The location is very convenient with an Acme grocery store and OC's best pizza place right across the street. We would definitely stay again.

Great place for little ones

Stayed five nights four adults and three boys under the age of four. The condo was very well set up for small children with crib, pack and play, twin beds with available side rails, many toys, beach equipment, lots of plastic dinnerware in addition to the standard dishware. . Appreciated that the walk to the beach was quite safe in that there is no through traffic on this street between the condo and the beach. Electronic access into the building and the condo worked very well and added to the safety. Very close proximity to grocery store, many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo review

The place is very large and had lots of stuff for little ones which was great. The only thing to note, especially if traveling with little ones, is to bring the sound machine! The unit is very noisy. We could hear everything going on outside and above us, drunk people coming home, trash being collected, and coastal highway at all hours. Other than that, it was a nice stay, location is great and there was plenty of space

Thank you for your review. I wish you would have told me about the noise issues. There is a combination sound machine/ radio in the master bedroom. I will label it and point it out to guests when they check in. As for the loud, drunken guests, there is a noise ordinance in place. If I had known there was a problem, the management company or the police could have been contacted. Jetty's Break is a quiet, family building. The trash is collected every morning. It takes about 5-10 minutes. Sometimes, the trash collection wakes me up and I go walk on the beach. The beach is beautiful in the morning. Sometimes, I go to the Yoga class on the beach at 92nd Street. Other times, I may pick up breakfast at Layton's, Princess Royale or the Supermarket. The noise on Coastal Highway is highest on summer weekends, especially the last weekend before school starts for so many families. The quietest times are midweek during the summer or May, September or October. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay and I hope that you and your family will come back again.

A beautiful beach property with a child friendly environment. Debra was an amazing hostess. She was there for our every need. I recommend highly. We will be coming back next year for our third year.

The property was well equipped and family friendly. The location was very convenient. The “den” is actually an open shape off the living area provided no privacy as a third sleeping area. Overall a very nice rental. A great time was had by all.

Great stay

We had two families staying with 4 young kids and the location was perfect for the beach. It was the same side as the beach and maybe half a block walk at most. Debra was a great host and was in constant communication making sure everything was ok. The size was perfect for our group. The kids slept in the den area with no issue. The only thing I would suggest is looking into new mattresses soon and a bed frame for the master bedroom as it is on a slant.

Great!!

We had an absolutely lovely time in this VRBO. Debra was extremely tentative- even walked us through the check in, left us a cute little card and basket. If we travel down to OCMD again- we would def stay again. Would def recommend! Also, the house is literally so close to the beach- its barely a walk.

Everything you need!

Great condo with everything you can think of. As far as amenities. So nice not to have to lug beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, sheets from home. Just steps from the beach and there was a great breakfast spot right next door. Having two paid parking spots at the condo was so convenient. Rooftop pool was such a nice bonus so we didn’t have to keep the kids at the beach all day. Balcony was spacious and we spent a lot of time out there as a family. A lovely gift basket was waiting for us upon arrival with a custom birthday card for my daughter and thank you note for me and my family. So thoughtful!!! Would DEFINITELY come back again!

Close to beach and lots of space!

Debra’s place has the perfect location in the beach block with the balcony on the side street. Our group of 8 (2 families with teenagers) had plenty of space to spread out and have lots of fun!

Girls trip

My sister and I went away for the weekend with a few friends. We had an excellent time at Jerry’s Break! Debra was amazing at communicating during the check in and out process as well as throughout our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. Debra even left us the cutest gift basket! We will definitely be returning.
