Your accommodation has 1 double bed, 2 single beds, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, household items and hot water.

During your stay, we will change bed linen and towels every 7 days. We just ask that you let us know 1 day in advance if you would like to change them.

In the neighborhood, you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, in front of the beach and with transportation and shopping options. A safe and cozy residential building; ideal for families and groups of friends who come to relax and have some fun!

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability.

On the day of your arrival, at 1 PM, we will send instructions. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive them, ok? Please, tell us as soon as posible if you need any different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.

We have a maid who can work on cleaning during your stay, keeping the house always tidy, at an affordable cost, let us know if you want or need it!

Humaitá is a neighborhood that offers a peaceful and charming atmosphere, ideal for those who want to enjoy the best that Rio de Janeiro has to offer!

You will be staying just a few meters from the stunning Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, one of the most beautiful landmarks in the city. The neighborhood has an excellent infrastructure with all the local businesses you could need, such as pharmacies, markets, small shops and a variety of restaurants ranging from more economical options to the most sophisticated.

In the surrounding area, you will find excellent transportation options, such as taxis, Uber, buses and the subway, making it easy to get to any part of the city. From Santos Dumont Airport (SDU), it is about 20 minutes and from Galeão International Airport (GIG), approximately 50 minutes.

Humaitá is also known for its charming bars and cafes, in addition to being close to the famous Cobal do Humaitá, where you can find a variety of fresh and special products. The proximity to the Lagoon allows for outdoor activities such as walking, running and cycling.
