HORSES
There is a $200 per stay fee for any horses.
All animals staying in the property, and out, need to be disclosed prior to arrival.
No more than 4 horses allowed at one time. All manure must be removed prior to check-out. Any manure that doesn't fit in the garbage needs to be removed in another way.
This home is located on 2 acres and the back is fenced with 4 horse pens!
Turnout arena is roughly 1 acre as well.
Horses may NOT be allowed to roam in the back yard.
