Kitchen with large dining table, island with 4 bar stools, new stainless steel appliances including ice maker, beverage chiller and 2 refrigerator/freezers to provide plenty of storage. Living area with cozy couch, ocean views, TV with Sonos sound system. Main level features an oceanfront Queen bedroom, 2nd bedroom with Queen sized bed and twin daybed, one full bathroom with glass shower and new vanity. Upstairs you’ll find a King Bedroom with Queen sized pull out couch, Large Kids Lounge with Full/Twin size bunk with Twin Trundle + Twin bed, 4 bean bag chairs with TV & Xbox. Lastly, a Semi-private Bedroom with 4 Twin Bunk beds and Fully renovated Bathroom on 2nd Floor. Home comes with 2 sets of new washer/dryers, stocked with towels, beach towels, kitchenware, glassware, 10 bicycles and 10 beach chairs. Large Deck off Kitchen has large dining table to fit 12, plus large sectional with coffee table.
