We had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean and just as lovely as the photos. Great location and beach was beautiful.

The condo is beautiful and the gulf view is spectacular. We spent time watching dolphins and a manatee. The sunsets are glorious and even watched the full moon set over the gulf. Can walk to nice restaurants. Between the piers on Coquina Beach is great for shelling. The condo is spacious both for relaxing and sleeping.

The condo surpassed our expectations and AMI could not have been more helpful. The home was nicely decorated/clean, kitchen fully stocked and offered plenty of space in all common areas. Beautiful ocean front screened in porch added even more space with excellent views. Thank you for opening your home to guests. We would highly recommend!!

Home away from home. We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Well maintained and clean. The location is perfect—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The views from the windows and balcony were absolutely beautiful, making mornings and evenings especially enjoyable. AMI Locals was easy to work with. Highly recommend.

The condo was a perfect location between AMI and Bridge St and we loved staying right on the beach! The sliding patio doors were awesome to open up in the morning and having access to beach chairs and extra beach towels was really nice. The pool was great for cooling down and taking a break from the beach and parking was a breeze. We'd definitely stay here again!
