THE BACKYARD
The backyard does the talking. Your private pool is heated to a warm 82°F, so it's swim-ready year-round — float the afternoon away, fire up the grill, and gather around the fire pit once the sun goes down. Sink a few putts on the poolside putting green, then keep the evening going with corn hole and bocce around the outdoor dining table. Pool towels are stacked and ready, so there's no need to pack your own.
THE GAME ROOM
Five full-size arcade machines, foosball, double-shootout basketball, and a popcorn machine — this is the room guests can't stop talking about, and the reason the kids and the grown-ups never want to leave. There's a shelf of board games for the nights you'd rather stay in, and a Bluetooth speaker for the soundtrack.
THE LIVING SPACE AND KITCHEN
Inside, the layout is bright, open, and effortless — living, dining, and kitchen flow together so nobody is left out. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, with full-size appliances, cookware, and the small stuff most rentals forget, plus a dedicated barista-level coffee bar for the mornings. There's a workspace with high-speed WiFi, central air, ceiling fans, a brand-new full-size washer and dryer, and Roku Smart TVs throughout that you sign into with your own streaming accounts.
WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP — 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, sleeps 8
- Primary Suite (main) — king, en-suite with walk-in shower, French doors straight out to the pool
- Bedroom 2 (main) — king, shares a full bath
- Bedroom 3 (main) — queen, shares a full bath
- Pool House (backyard) — queen, private en-suite, a semi-private retreat reached through the yard
Every bed is dressed in luxury linens with extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and bedside charging, and the baths are stocked with Ginger Lily Farms organic soaps.
FOR FAMILIES
The kitchen is stocked down to the Ziploc bags, and we keep a high chair, a pack-n-play, board games, pool towels, and room-darkening shades on hand. A heated pool, an arcade full of games, and Plymouth Park a few houses down mean there's always something to do — and a rainy afternoon never becomes a problem.
GOLF
Tampa's three City courses are all an easy drive: Rogers Park Golf Course, an 18-hole public course wrapped on three sides by the Hillsborough River (about 10–15 minutes); Babe Zaharias Golf Course in Forest Hills (about 15 minutes); and Rocky Point Golf Course out by the airport in Westshore (about 15–20 minutes).

GETTING AROUND
A car is easy here, but plenty of guests skip the rental entirely — Uber and Lyft are everywhere in Tampa and show up in minutes, day or night, and the neighborhood is walkable to Plymouth Park, Armature Works, and the Riverwalk. Tampa International (TPA) is about 12–15 minutes away, one of the easiest big-city airports to get in and out of, and St. Pete–Clearwater (PIE) is about 40 minutes as a backup.
PARKING
Two cars fit in the private driveway, with free street parking out front for extras. No permits, no garages, no paid lots.
ACCESS AND HOUSE RULES
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM, with self check-in via smart lock — your entry details arrive with your arrival instructions, so there's no key pickup. The home is mostly single-level, with a few steps to be aware of: about five at the front entrance, a couple into the game room, and a couple at the primary suite's French doors to the pool. The fourth bedroom is the detached pool house, reached through the backyard. This is a quiet, family-friendly residential street with neighbors close on both sides, so please keep evenings considerate — quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and sound carries out back. No parties or events; gatherings are welcome as long as your total headcount never exceeds the maximum occupancy of 8, which is strictly enforced. This is a strictly non-smoking, non-vaping home. The booking guest must be 25 or older. Up to two dogs under 50 lbs are welcome for a $250 non-refundable fee per dog. A $500 refundable damage deposit applies, with an additional deposit for one-night stays. For your privacy and security there is a single exterior camera at the front door — outside only, never indoors and never in the pool area. There's no lifeguard, so please keep an eye on little ones around the water.
We're looking forward to hosting you. — Max, Happy Place Stays
