Our spacious decks (with seated for 8) allow you to relax with stunning sunrises and sunsets, watch your kids in the pool below, and enjoy an unparalleled view of dolphins frolicking and penguins diving for fish! You may be lucky enough to see whales too! In less than a minute, you can feel the beach sand between your toes! Guests have full use of the Ocean Club sound and oceanside pools and hot tubs, sound side pier, game rooms, library and fitness center! Fall in love with Indian Beach and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests enjoy convenient access to two designated parking spots (located under or behind Unit D) and full use of the entire unit, including private decks on both the ocean and sound sides for breathtaking views.

As part of the Ocean Club Resort, guests also have access to a wealth of amenities, including both oceanfront and sound-side pools and jacuzzis, a scenic fishing pier, kayak launch areas, multiple BBQ stations with picnic benches, and the exclusive Ocean Club Clubhouse.

Inside the Clubhouse, you'll find a variety of spaces designed for relaxation and entertainment:
- A spacious and inviting TV lounge.
- A cozy library and reading nook.
- The Captain’s Room, perfect for adult poker and board games.
- The 1st Mate’s Club, featuring a foosball table, retro video games, and board games for kids and teens.
- The Little Minnow’s Room, a fun-filled play area for the little ones.
- A fully equipped Fitness Center, complete with ellipticals, a stair master, stationary bikes, treadmills, free weights, and a gym station.

Guests will receive two parking passes. Please ensure parking passes are displayed at all times.

Stay Requirements:
-A 7-night minimum stay is required during the summer season (No Saturday Checkouts).
-Check-in: Anytime after 4:00 PM
-Check-out: By 10:00 AM (FIRM)

Hours to note:
-Pool hours: 9:30am-10:00pm
-Club house hours: 12:00pm-10:00pm (although the fitness center is open from 5am, rental guests access it via the Club House main entrance which opens around noon).

Ring Camera: For your safety and security, our property is equipped with a Ring camera located at the entry door. This device monitors the exterior entryway and front hallway only. There are no cameras inside the home. We value your privacy and appreciate your understanding!

House Rules:
-No smoking or vaping inside the condo on on the attached decks.
-Please do not open the windows or leave doors open (due to heat, humidity and bugs).
-Please do not adjust the metal hurricane accordion blinds outside.

Ocean Club Resort Rules:
Renters must read and agree to the Ocean Club Rules which are linked to the Guest Manual (this will be shared with guests after booking with us). These are non-negotiable HOA rules. Fines may be imposed for violation of community rules and offenders may be asked to leave the premises immediately. We have outlined some of the rules below:
-Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (no exceptions).
-No events, parties, or large gatherings beyond the 8-guest limit.
-Use of portable grills, candles, propane light and heat sources strictly prohibited. Charcoal grilling stations are provided.
-No fireworks allowed.
-No renter’s pets are permitted in the unit or anywhere on Ocean Club property (this is a non-negotiable HOA rule).
-Rental guests may have no more than two vehicles parked on the Ocean Club property at all time. Parking passes (to be provided on checkin) must displayed at all times. Parking is permitted under Building D (one lane only) or in uncovered spaces on the ocean side of the resort. Please do NOT park behind someone who is not in your party. Parking rules are strictly enforced! Parking regulations are monitored by on-site security.
-No golf carts or hoverboards permitted. No skateboards permitted on ocean side of the resort.
-Pools and hot tubs: No glass containers permitted in the pool area. Please follow the other rules displayed on signs.
-Fitness center: Please abide by posted rules.
-Trash and recycling must be disposed of in dumpsters and not left on the decks or walkways.
-Please refrain from placing towels and articles of clothing over the balcony or walkway railings (we have provided hooks to hang items on the balcony wall and there is an additional drying rack above the bathtub).
-Quiet hours: 10:00pm-8:00am.
