Welcome to your dream beach getaway! This inviting 3-bedroom + loft home is just steps from the sand and offers stunning ocean views, updated interiors, and everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Relax in the hot tub, watch a game in your own outdoor bar, gather around the cozy fire pit, or challenge your crew to a game of foosball on the private patio. Memories are to be made here!

The home comfortably sleeps up to 9, with a king bed, two queen beds, an attic loft with three singles for the kiddos, and two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub for the littles). The great room is huge with inviting and comfy seating for games, talking or movie watching. You'll enjoy cool comfort with central A/C, a fully equipped chefs kitchen with modern appliances, and garage parking for two cars- unheard of in the Shore!

Whether you're sipping coffee on the patio or unwinding after sunset by the fire, this spacious, beachy retreat offers the perfect mix of comfort and upscale coastal charm.

Looking to explore more of Southern California? Belmont Heights, Long Beach is centrally located between Los Angeles and Orange County, with easy access to freeways and Pacific Coast Hwy. Disneyland is 25 minutes away; Universal, Santa Monica, and Laguna Beach about an hour.

HOUSE RULES:
* Your reservation includes registered guests only.
* Notify us in advance if anyone other than registered guests will be on site.
* Absolutely NO parties or filming.
* No smoking or vaping of any substance anywhere on our property.
* Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am every day. No exceptions. Be kind to our neighbors.
* Charges for cleaning or repair of furnishings due to misuse will be assessed.
*We allow two small / medium dogs with pet fee per pet. Costs for damage to furniture, rugs, walls etc. that cannot be cleaned and must be replaced will be assessed to the guest.
*Guests are to observe health and safety guidelines published in our Welcome Guide. The owner and host are not liable for accidents or injuries that may occur from the use of the facilities on the property.

While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music or parties will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors.

Beautiful home in a great location. Perfect for a family trip. Enjoyed watching the kite surfers across the street and the filming of the new Baywatch show. The house was roomy with plenty of space for my entire family. It was well appointed with everything we needed and very clean. Love all the nautical decorating touches! Proximity to the beach and town was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!!

Suzanne was an excellent host and always very quick to despond to any questions or needs. The house was absolutely beautiful and well appointed with necessities. Great house for families! There was 9 of us and we were very comfortable! The area is so fun and so much to see and do! We hope to be back one day! Thank you for a great stay for our family!

Such a great house for our family. 9 yr old loved the loft! Son loved the BBQ and patio. Husband loved the hot tub. Girls loved the short walks thru beautiful neighborhoods to the restaurants and the beach and I loved the front door seating for earliest coffee and ladt glass of wine. I wish it were our house!

Cute house! 10 min walk to Rosie’s beach. 10 min walk to several restaurants, such as Roe and Liv’s. Family neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the house had everything we needed for a full week. Traveling with a 2-year-old can be challenging, but the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was quick and helpful throughout our stay. This was truly a 5-star experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

This was a very nice location, a homey place with all of the comforts. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. We loved being so close to Rosie's Dog Beach. The kitchen was nice to cook in and was stocked with All Clad pots. Comfortable beds and couch. Our family loved it here! Host was responsive and quick to address a couple of needs we had. Highly recommend!!!!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beach house! It was perfect for our family vacation and you just cannot beat this location! The host was fantastic and we can’t wait to stay again. My son especially loved his room, the ladder to the loft! He called it his secret room! There was so much to do at the house and around the house. It made for a perfect family vacation!

Everything listed about this home is spot on! Fantastic location across the street from the beach and a couple short blocks away from the bay. Our family had a fabulous time from our littles, teens and adult's. Walkable distance to 2nd street which made dining options easy. Suzanne was a perfect host and was very helpful when we left some items behind.

We loved this home! Had everything we needed, loved the style, space, sonos, firepit outside, hot tub, garage for easy paking, etc. Suzanne was super responsive to any questions we had. Just steps to the beach, can see the ocean from the front porch. Was also perfect as 3 of us ran the Long Beach Marathon. Was super close that we could just grab a scooter to get there when all the roads were closed.

We had a wonderful vacation rental experience with this property! The home itself is absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and thoughtfully appointed. Every detail was considered, including extra bedding, beach towels and equipment, cooking staples, coffee, etc. The location is also fantastic - it's just a short walk to the beach, the bay and to shops and restaurants. And, on top of all of that, the host is truly wonderful. She was super communicative and helpful. She really went above and beyond when we thought we had left an iPad at the property. Highly, highly recommend!
