Unwind in this cozy, family-friendly 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom villa, offering 590 square feet of peaceful, inviting space. Nestled on the tranquil side of the resort in the Ocean Villas, this condo ensures you can escape the hustle and bustle—no parking lot noise, just pure relaxation. Step out onto your secluded balcony and enjoy a quiet, restorative moment in the fresh air.
With sleeping space for up to 6 guests, this charming retreat includes a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and twin captain's bunks (perfect for kids under 12). Recently updated with gorgeous new flooring and a renovated bathtub (completed in 2024), it combines comfort with convenience.
The beach is just steps away, with miles of soft, white sand perfect for evening strolls, bike rides, or a jog along the shore. This open, airy villa is designed for ultimate relaxation and a refreshing retreat you deserve.

I am a high school science teacher and I love nature! Long walks in the mountains or on the beach is where I prefer to be in my free time. My husband and I have been married for twenty years. We visited Hilton Head Island for the first time to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. We hope you find the island as magical as we do!

We love that the unit is so close to the beach. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is a resort. It has restaurants on the property, a huge pool, tennis courts, a gym, a playground for kids, and of course a nice beach to walk to. The island is easy to get around. Shelter Cove and Pinckney Wildlife Refuge are two of our favorite spots and it is a short drive from the resort.

It is a perfect property for a small family or a couple to stay on vacation. It is located on the first floor so you do not need to go up many flights of stairs. The pool and beach is very close to our unit-just a short walk away. It is a one bedroom unit with a queen bed. It does have bunk beds in the hallway and a sofa bed. The kitchen contains a large refrigerator, oven and microwave. The bathroom is recently remodeled with a beautiful tub/shower combination. There is a balcony that overlooks a lagoon.
