Peaceful retreat with great outdoor space and above ground pool

Peaceful and spacious home on a 2 acre lot with a small above ground pool. Great outdoor space with fire pit and seating area. Located just minutes from beautiful Lancaster County. 15 to 30 minutes from most local attractions. Philadelphia is about an hour away. There is an Amish farm market nearby. Now about the space…we welcome you to our lovely home, which is located in a quiet and peaceful setting, with a wooded area in the back.The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for cooking and entertaining. The dining room features a large table that will seat 6 to 8. The space off the dining room has a leather couch and bookshelves and cozy nook, also has a desk and chair for your office space. There is an additional living room with a sectional sofa and chair and a large green smart TV. Wi-Fi only, no cable TV.
The master bedroom is large and very lovely with lots of natural lighting and high ceilings and a large smart TV. Also has an attached master bathroom with a whirlpool tub. In the second bedroom there’s a queen size bed in addition to a bunk bed with two twin beds. The third bedroom is small with a twin day bed with trundle bed that will sleep 2.
The second bathroom is located in the hallway with a full-size tub,shower, toilet vanity and closet.
Now let’s go outside. On the front patio there is a table and chairs for you to sit and enjoy and to the side is a small raised bed garden with fresh vegetables that you may use during your stay. In the backyard, there’s a large deck with a gas grill. The pool is a small above ground pool, which gets taken down in the winter time and opened again in the spring, weather permitting. We do not have a set time of when we open the pool in the spring, it just depends on what the weather is like. We will have it open by Memorial Day. Also in the backyard, there’s a fire pit for you to enjoy, and we provide the firewood.

*PLEASE NOTE
You will have the entire upstairs of the house to yourself, but there’s a small apartment in the basement, which has a renter occupying the space and has a completely separate outside entrance. Renter in basement does not have access to the pool or any outside space.
There may be times that the apartment would be available for you to rent also so you can always inquire when booking your stay. Please message me with any questions you may have about this before you book.
