• The living room windows are not gated or screened. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near windows and the pool area.
• As the property is located in a tropical hillside environment, occasional insects or local wildlife may be present. The property is professionally fumigated on a regular schedule.
• An emergency inverter provides backup power for lights and fans on the first two floors (entrance/common area level and 2nd level) during occasional power outages.

Starter supplies of soap, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided to help you settle in comfortably.
