This is a great little camping resort in a very convenient location. This is our third time staying in the resort and the kids love it. It’s been a low key and fun time to relax as a family in a place that allows you to cook if you want or go to one of the many restaurants in niagara falls or niagara on the lake. The unit was well equipped and once again it was a fantastic time! Additional fun day trips - Port Colborne/Nickel beach (45 min away with a water bounce park and now they have tents you can rent), Toronto (90 min away or so). It’s a fun affordable base for a Niagara region vacation.

Perfect get away for our family. Kids enjoyed the pools and play grounds. Quiet and tranquil stay full of places to explore nearby, picturesque views, and dining.

The cottage was clean and cozy. The ac worked really well. The property had 2 swimming pools and the kids loved it.The hosts were super responsive snd very friendly..We would like to go back next summer.

Arrived at 3 o'clock August 8th kitchen garbage wouldn't open had to use outside one for duration of our stay.Sewlyn informed us the cleaner did not have time to make it to the rental before we checked in so the cottage was not cleaned before us getting there.On listing sent to us from Liz and Sewlyn it said "toaster oven" when it was a standard toaster.The actual stove was very dirty and unusable the duration of our trip. Grill had grease all over the outside and grill cover was thrown on porch also did not use grill do to it being overly dirty on the inside and outside.Had to buy a toaster oven/air fryer to cook for the duration of our stay due to the uncleanliness of the other appliances. There were ants in the bathroom and kitchen. Large splash pad was not working for the entire duration of our trip we were not notified by the hosts and it had a foul smell. There was a large pee stain on the foam pad and cover on the queen bed and a large black stain on the foam cover in the master suite. No kindling, only large chunks for fire. Very poor internet. We left a day in a half early at 7:30am on Friday. The camp is located in a good area close to Wineries, Clifton Hill and Niagra Falls.There's was also a walking/bike path and the end of the road the camp was located which provides nice views of the Niagra River.The salt water pool was nice and clean and not usually too packed.

Hi Darleen, I am so sorry to hear you had a few issues at my cottage as up till now, I have a 5 star rating. -The Kitchen garbage bin was working perfectly, I send you a video of it, when you said in your text “so you are a magic man”, it was unfortunate that you didn’t know how to operate it. Attached herewith -The cleaner cleaned the cottage on Aug 8 and you checked in on Aug 9, attached is the invoice I paid to the cleaner. -Re the toaster oven, that was a typo in the advertisement. The comma was left out between the toaster and the oven. I have corrected the typo, however, I offered to pay for a new one, you bought a new one and I told you to keep the receipt and I will reimburse you, but you decided to take the oven with you. I have proof on my phone with your text. -Regarding the cleanliness of the oven, it was clean for the previous tenant and for the next tenant, but I’m not sure if you were expecting a brand new one. -Few days before you arrived, there was a thunder storm and the kids pool got flooded, unfortunately, that’s Mother Nature and no one has any control over that. -Regarding the wood, I have a lot of small wood under the deck, if you didn’t find it, you should have asked. Previous tenants have asked which makes it easier. -NWIC is the only internet provider and the best in that area, It’s cottage country and its cottage living. I agree my unit is not a 5-star Hotel. You were the first person to leave a bad review. -attachments to follow

Property was great location and exactly as described. Only issue was that Sheets and Towels weren't included so we had to stop at Walmart after our flight landed. Would have loved to avoid this delay in checking in and would have been happy to pay an additional cost of having these available rather than buying these and just leaving them there since we were flying home. Other than that the place was perfect. The patio is great for a glass of wine in the evening and the cabin is stocked with all items you will need.

Très bon séjour dans le cottage, très bien équipé. Très calme, propre, le silence, la climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Elizabeth la propriétaire est très à l'écoute. Tout est fait pour passer de bonne vacances. Le site est bien équipé pour les enfants. Il est préférable d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer. Les chutes du Niagara sont à 15 minutes en voiture. La région est très agréable.
