Spectacular stay at Falls in Hocking Hills -- exceeded our expectations!

Our extended family of 15 (8 adults, 7 children ranging in age from 2 to 16) spent a week there for a low-key reunion, August 2026. The house is very much as pictured in all the photos on the website: very comfortable beds and bedrooms, huge and comfortable common spaces, great pool and hot tub and firepit, great kitchen, very private. The road to access the property is very narrow and hilly, so a little nerve-wracking, but the surface is in very good shape.

The Perfect Group Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend getaway at this beautiful place with a large group. The house is spacious, with very high ceilings that create a calm and relaxing atmosphere — perfect for hosting many people comfortably. We especially enjoyed the many amenities, including the pool table and outdoor pool. The host was amazing, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Everything was as we expected. Pool and Hot Tub were great. No issues there. Clean and in order.

Plenty of open space and the number of bedrooms. Could use another bathroom for the amount of people that spend their vacation there. Private, peaceful close to Lake Logan.

Excellent cabin for group!

We had a wonderful experience at Falls Lodge! The lodge was so spacious and comfortable for our group of students and chaperones. The furnishings and decor were so nice. The cabin was very clean and well organized. The outdoor space was fantastic and gave us plenty of space to enjoy activities.

A great family get away

This was a great place for our entire family to get away. It was clean and provided plenty of space to spread out. It was missing salt and pepper and pot holders. Everyone was thrilled with this place. Might go back in the summer to enjoy the pool.

Synes ikke om: Kommunikation
Upon check-in we discovered the property was without any bed linens or bathroom towels. There was a miscommunication between the cleaning service and the host. So our 4pm check-in time left us wondering when we would have the cleaning service make all of the beds and leave towels for us. This was not completed until 7pm later that evening. Very disappointed that the property was not 100% ready for the 10 of us until 7pm. We were so looking forward to this get-away weekend, but instead were met with disbelief and frustration. The pool liner was wrinkled and dirty at the seams. The kitchen window was filthy. The pillows were flat and need an upgrade. As the hours progressed we did end up having a nice time, because of good friends being together, not because of the service we received.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Pamela. We sincerely apologize that Falls Lodge was not fully prepared upon your arrival. We understand how frustrating it must have been to begin your vacation without the necessary linens and towels, especially with a group ready to settle in and enjoy their stay. As soon as we were made aware, our team worked to address the situation that evening. We also provided additional compensation, a late checkout, and complimentary items for your group in an effort to make up for the inconvenience. We appreciate you also bringing the additional property concerns to our attention, as this feedback helps us identify areas that need further attention. Most importantly, we’re glad to hear that you and your friends were still able to enjoy your time together at Falls Lodge. Thank you again for staying with us and for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.

Moms Getaway

This lodge was just what we needed to relax and reset! We had 12 women in our group and plenty of space to spread out yet still come together for shared meals and fun. Everything was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped...one of the best rental kitchen setups we've experienced! Would highly recommend and we are already counting down the days until our next visit!

Amazing!

This place was exactly as advertised! It not only had enough space for everyone to sleep (we had 13 people), but the kitchen was spacious and well stocked, the great room had a ton of couch space, and there was plenty of seating in the dining room!! The kids/teens loved the pool table and the hot tub! We were there in the winter, but still enjoyed the large lot outside! I’m sure this place is even better in the summer when the pool is open!! I’d definitely recommend this place!!

Large Space, Great for Gathering!

the space was a perfect size for our group, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed including china, flatware, and glassware for everyone! Sizeable rooms, and a lot to do in the house. Hot tub was nice but VERY full of chlorine - enough that it made your eyes hurt while sitting in it. Pool table and Air Hockey table had issues, but the management team instantly replied and offered to fix the issue. All customer service and communication was fantastic through the whole process.
