We would like to clarify that our standard pet policy allows a maximum of two pets; however, the owner made an exception and approved a total of four dogs for your reservation. We also did not lose your email confirmation regarding the pets. We make every effort to communicate scheduled maintenance and service visits to our guests, including pool service and filter maintenance, so they can plan accordingly. We apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience this may have caused. We also understand your concerns regarding the gate being left open and the delay in resolving the check-in code issue. Our team reviewed the concerns raised and provided a partial credit as a gesture of goodwill. We strive to communicate clearly, address guest concerns, and provide a comfortable experience for everyone staying in our homes.
