Our home is located in the heart of Gangnam, just a 3-minute walk from Seolleung Station — one of the most convenient transportation hubs in Seoul. From here, you can easily access major subway lines and reach all parts of the city quickly.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential, yet surrounded by a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores — everything you need is just steps away.

From here, you can easily access popular destinations like COEX Mall, Lotte World, and the bustling Gangnam shopping and nightlife districts. The neighborhood is filled with trendy cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, and all kinds of shops just around the corner.

I was in Seoul for a medically necessary surgery. The only way I could make the trip happen was to stay in budget for accommodation and this place made it a reality. The location is insanely beautiful. While the room itself is not fancy, it has everything you need. There’s a small refrigerator, there’s AC and heat, there’s a nice desk setup, there’s even phone chargers and international converters for your gizmos and gadgets. It’s a short walk to amazing and inexpensive restaurants, the royal tombs, and an ancient Buddhist temple. Not to mention the high end stores of Gangnam being a 15 minutes subway ride or 45 minute walk away. The one and only complaint I have is the shared washroom/bathroom facilities were not the best, but at this price point I still see no reason not to give five out of five stars. I will likely return someday, this place is too cool to not explore further in the future.

Hello, I’m a Seoul-based host who enjoys traveling the world. In recent years, I’ve especially enjoyed cruise travel across Europe and Asia, and one of my favorite experiences was the Disney Cruise in Singapore.

Because I travel often, I understand how important it is to find a place that is clean, affordable, well-located, and easy to use. I personally prefer practical stays with great access rather than overly expensive hotels, so I try to offer the same kind of space for my guests.

I also work in the education field and teach Korean online to international students, with a focus on conversation and pronunciation. I enjoy meeting people from different countries and hope to be remembered as a friendly, helpful host — almost like a local friend in Seoul.

I chose this neighborhood because Seolleung Station is one of the most convenient areas in Gangnam.

The apartment is only about 2 minutes from the subway, making it easy to move around Seoul. This area is also known for having many startups and offices, so there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and young professionals nearby.

It is close to COEX and also convenient for guests visiting clinics, dermatology centers, or plastic surgery clinics in Gangnam. Many guests stay here for short business trips, solo travel, hospital visits, or medical appointments.

What I like most is that the area is very central, but the immediate surroundings still feel calm and comfortable for resting after a busy day.
