The private balcony perched upon the 18th floor provides panoramic views of the sugar-white sand and emerald waters as far as the eye can see. You will enjoy direct beach assess, two beachfront pools (one heated seasonally), a hot tub, and a fitness center. Located on the quieter, east end of the beach, Seychelles is just a short walk from St. Andrews State Park, marinas, and the famous beachfront restaurant Schooners.

1809 Seychelles is spacious with amazing views. Bedroom Accommodations: The bunkroom sleeps 2 (sleeper chair and twin futon bed) as well as can serve as a quite office with desk. The 2nd bedroom has a queen been, adjoining fully bath and private balcony with amazing views overlooking the Grand Lagoon. The Master bedroom has a king bed, master bath with soaker tub and shower, as well as slider to beach front balcony. This condo is very spacious and sleeps 6 comfortably. The kitchen is equipped to make a wonderful meal for your family, and of course there is a laundry room in the condo with washer/dryer.

Awesome stay!

Seychelles 1809 is perfect for any trip where you just want to escape to the beach! It’s beachfront, easy access! Low key vibes. The unit is comfy, casual and on the quieter end of PCB but still not far from things to do! Schooners is a great place to eat and is located right next door, which is fun! The wraparound balcony is super nice and makes the place feel more open and has no obstructed views! We couldn’t recommend this place anymore as an excellent choice for your next adventure to PCB! Also, Farah is great and friendly and there to help with whatever you need! Will definitely stay again!

What a wonderful home base for our PCB vacation. The condo exceeded expectations. Clean, fun and comfortable decor, plenty of room. Instant beach access. And absolutely breathtaking views. The wrap-around balcony was amazing. We watched July 4th fireworks from every direction, enjoyed the sunsets, and woke to the bright blue skies and ocean waves. Many thanks for a memorable trip.

Excellent room with great views and great host!

Had an amazing time during our stay, the room was great and the views were amazing! The host were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed, the was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back!

Best balcony on PCB! ocean front balcony wraps around the entire unit to the backside where you also have balcony access to view grand Lagoon, and the bay. Undeniably the best balcony we have ever had. We loved all the humongous windows from the living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as the sliding glass balcony access from the master bedroom. Literally still felt like we were outside with phenomenal views, even while inside the condo. We will be back.

Amazing views and beautiful decor are in this unit!

We have used this unit for several times now and have enjoyed it very much. It is spacious and has the office area for our son to work while his wife and we play! Everything you need is there but you will need to bring extras for an extended stay. The views from the 18th floor are amazing and the balcony wrap around is very useful for private morning times separately but large enough for all to enjoy together. You can see the sunrise from one part of balcony and sunset from the other. Having Schooner’s next door and Patches down the street and Pizza across the street keeps us from having to cook, using the kitchen for breakfast and drink making! The only drawback to Seychelles for us is having no handicap ramp for beach carts—and we carry a lot of stuff onto the beach. But we manage it and enjoy out times there!

Wonderful condo with beautiful views

We have stayed here before and would definitely book again. Communication was very good. The condo is decorated in a fun beach theme. We appreciate the location being in a more quiet location, but it's not a far drive to wherever you would like to go.

Wonderful stay

This is my fourth time staying in this building and the second time at this condo. It is amazing! It was clean, spacious, and had everything our family needed. You can’t beat the views on the wrap around deck. Plenty of seating out there for everyone to enjoy the views. Also the location is beyond perfect. Beach access in front of the condo is great and being right next to Schooners is just an added bonus!

The views were amazing! We very much appreciated the amenities left for us to use. Everything worked well except for the door lock—much prefer the old style key pad door locks on past rental units. We had to have the property manager help us out several times.

We had a wonderful time. Was a little concerned about getting the details to get into the condo. Received codes a couple hours before arrival. I thought that was a little too close for comfort. There was a couple of things I thought needed attention one being the washing machine had a very fowl Oder coming from it. It needs to be cleaned and left open for the smell. There was thick dust behind beds. I feel the cleaning crew could do a better job. The dust nor the smell hindered our trip at all. We loved staying at Seychelles and we loved the fire works and the wonderful view.
These are the only photos I took of the dust but thought it was enough.
This dust was very noticeable. I do believe the cleaners had to know it’s there.
