Courtside 53 er et to-etagers rækkehus, en flyvning over gadeniveau. Denne enhed tilbyder Wi-Fi sammen med 3 fladskærms-tv'er (hver med deres egen DVD-afspiller). Begge fuldbade blev opdateret i 2014. Courtside ligger 1. 5 gader fra stranden og ved siden af Van Der Meer Tennis Center. Et specielt medlemskab af Van der Meer giver Courtside-gæster tennisrettigheder op til en time om dagen pr. Lejlighed. Dette samfund har to on-site pools, en lagune med springvand og parkering ved hoveddøren til hver ejendom. Courtside ligger inden for 3 blokke fra Coligny Plaza, Beach Market og Park. Dette maleriske downtown-område tilbyder gæsterne et bredt udvalg af restauranter, shoppingsteder og underholdning for alle aldre. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo is perfect. Close to everything you need but still quiet. Everything in the condo worked well and was in very good shape. The only minor complaint is that the pots and pans and other kitchen utensils were not in the greatest shape and a cookie sheet or larger baking pan would have been nice. All in all a great stay in a great place.

Great stay

Very nice property, walking distance to Van der Meer, beach, Coligny Plaza and restaurants. Unit was clean and pretty consistent with the pictures. We had a great time.

Great Place

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. The location was perfect for the pool and the distance to beach was great. Only took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Very clean and everything worked like it should.

Needs to be renovated

First impression was poor due to smell of mildew; old, dirty carpeting, lack of blackout shades; no pillows in 2nd bedroom; dirty cabinets and dishes; ancient glasses and not enough of them. Large unit and charming neighborhood courtyard & pool with an excellent location only 2 blocks to beach. Put in LVP throughput, get new dishes and glassware, blackout shades and we would rent here again. Do a deep carpet clean in the meantime.

Great Value!

Courtside 53 was perfect for a long weekend stay! It was close to Coligny Plaza, restaurants, and other stores. We rented bikes and were able to bike everywhere we wanted to go. I’d 100% book it again!

Great place for golf, tennis, beach and Coligny.

great location. perfect for people wanting beach or tennis. 1 hour of tennis is included but hours are between 12-2 and after 4pm during this time, no issues playing and courts were very good. Minor Constructive comment, need to have 1 or 2 pots, but that’s it, all the rest is great. Pool right out back was good too.

Courtside 53

We had a nice stay at the condo. Everything was very clean and the condo was conveniently located to the beach and other attractions on the island. The pool and grounds were nice. Check-in was very easy, with the code for the door lock texted to us on the day of arrival. The kitchen cabinets and counters could use a refresh, and new cookware and dishes would make the stay nicer. At this rental rate, it was acceptable, but some upgrades would make the condo even better. Also, my sons said that the twin beds were noisy when they moved around. A nice bonus was a credit towards rental beach gear. There were choices for bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas and carts. The gear was delivered and picked up at the condo, which was very convenient.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were first time HH visitors and were really pleased with everything we experienced. Courtside 53 was located in a wonderful area and offered great amenities. The unit itself could use a little updating. Th A/C stopped working one eve but was repaired the very next day. The Toaster did not work and cookware was sparse. I had to boil water to wash dishes because the water in the kitchen sink would only reach luke warm temperatures. The furniture upholstery could use a good cleaning. We covered the chairs with sheets to set on. The curtains and bedspreads need replaced or deep cleaned.

Great Property

The property overall is well maintained, it was nice to have all the linens provided. The beach is right around the corner, we walked to it every day. The Pirate mini golf was a lot of fun, great places to eat (Cowboys Brazilian was a hit with our 2 teenage boys) The deck is small and has some large chairs which makes it a little difficult to navigate. The pool is in good condition as well. The only thing we weren't prepared for was all the jelly fish & stingrays, you just need to be careful in the water.

Courtside 53 Vacation Success

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have been going to Hilton head for 30 years and stayed in most of these townhome rentals on South Forest Beach. This year I took my daughter son-in-law and two granddaughters ages 11 and 12 to see my go to happy place. The unit is getting pretty old and the furniture should be replaced in the living room, the sofa bed was really bad. The location was perfect, the pool was perfect the walk to the beach was short and overall we had a great time.

Vacation success

We had a fabulous time today n our HHI vacation. Property was exactly as listed. Great location to beach and coligny and loved being right by the pool. We had one little issue with AC but the property management answered and had someone out within the hour to get it fixed. Very happy with our trip and service. Would definitely timely stay again.
