Great penthouse condo for a couple, everything was in great shape. Only issue we found was the bathroom was small but we managed it just fine. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Pensacola BeachWe will be back

The beach views were amazing! Just a short walk to the beach. Every restaurant we went to had excellent food and choices. Very family friendly place and not overcrowded at all.

Beach view and pet friendly. The kitchen is well equipped but you will have to bring your own kitchen knifes and tablespoons. There is one filet knife but very dull. Not sure what happened with those.

It was a nice stay. Very clean and a great view of the Gulf. I love the coastal farmhouse look. I did find the bed in the master to be a little hard to sleep on. Also, would have loved if they had a Keurig.

Was very clean, nice view, & our dogs loved it. Was a good space & even though temps were very hot while we were there, was nice & cool inside condo. No problems with air. Bed was a little too hard for our comfort but condo was newly renovated & nice!

Absolutely beautiful spot to see the ocean and the Bay. Decor was carefully thought out & was aesthetically pleasing. The beds however, if you have a bad back were not to our comfort levels. It could have been cleaned a bit better on the floor as well. I recommend if you stay to take your basic house hold cleaning items. Like most vacation spots they only have 1 or 2 of things (which is fine for a weekend, but not the whole week) we would definitely stay again! We found a new favorite spot!

The location was good and the place was clean. I didn't realize the only bathroom was in the bedroom so even though there is an extra space to sleep with the Murphy bed, it was very inconvenient not to have a 1/2 bath so you didn't have to walk in the other bedroom to brush your teeth, pee and shower. There was also no grill for cooking out on the beachfront, and no card table or anything to set outside to enjoy the view. That was a total bummer. The elevators seem very old and loud. Getting the key at check in was not user friendly...old lock box and no directions. We also were not able to take the dog to the beach at the Condo location....had to drive to a dog friendly part of the beach. Live and learn, I guess.Also I wasn't aware of a separate VRBO fee of over 200 on top of the listed price.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and found the condo clean. This particular condo has one bathroom located inside the bedroom, and the layout and amenities are outlined in the listing so guests can make sure it’s the right fit before booking. The HOA also does not allow us to install an electronic lock on the door, so a lockbox is the required access method for this property. As for the beach, most areas along the Gulf Coast do not allow dogs directly on the sand. Pensacola is one of the few destinations with designated dog beaches, which gives guests a chance to enjoy the coastline with their furry family members. VRBO also charges its own service fee when a reservation is booked through their platform, which is separate from the cost of the stay. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and would be happy to welcome you back to another Beach Getaways property that may be a better fit for your next visit.
