Perched in the treetops above the serene, no-wake Deep Lake, this authentic cabin offers a private, peaceful escape. With four beautifully appointed bedrooms—three with king beds and one with several bunk beds—there’s room for everyone to spread out in comfort. The space is perfect for a group of 10 guests.

Savor magnificent lake views while dining outdoors, or cook a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen. After a day of fun, unwind in the cozy living room, soak in the year-round hot tub, or curl up with a good book or board game.

Important note: Over 100 stairs lead to the lakefront, so guests with mobility concerns should take caution. While swimming or kayaking isn’t currently possible, the stairs are safe to use, and the landing at the bottom offers space for a few people to enjoy the view or fish. Many areas of the home also provide beautiful, unobstructed lake views without going down. The pier has been removed for the season.

Plan ahead for meals! The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking. Small grocery stores are nearby (within 10 miles), and larger options are 25 minutes away in Wisconsin Dells.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. GUESTS & OCCUPANCY

Only guests listed on the reservation may be on the property or use amenities. Maximum occupancy must be strictly observed at all times. Please keep noise levels low, especially during nighttime hours, out of respect for neighbors.

2. AMENITIES

The Host does not guarantee the availability or condition of any amenity at the time of check-in. If the Host becomes aware of any issue affecting an amenity, the Guest will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. The Host will make reasonable efforts to repair, replace, or restore the amenity in a timely manner. If the cancellation period has passed, no refunds, credits, discounts, or other compensation will be provided for the temporary unavailability, interruption, or condition of any amenity.

2. PETS

Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property. No exceptions.

3. NEIGHBORING PROPERTY

Trespassing on neighboring properties is strictly prohibited. Guests must not enter the wooded areas across from the cabin, as this is private property.

4. FIREPLACE (WINTER SEASON ONLY)

The fireplace is available for use during winter season only. Only clean-burning logs (such as Duraflame logs) are permitted. Regular firewood is not allowed.

One log is provided per stay during winter. Additional logs must be brought by the Guest or purchased locally.

All instructions for use must be strictly followed. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misuse or failure to follow posted instructions.

5. OUTDOOR GRILL

Due to property layout and county fire regulations, the grill is stored near the shed.

The Guest must use the shed at least 10 feet away from the house, per county fire safety regulations. Guests may move it to the driveway for convenience during use. After use, Guests must:

* Turn off propane tank
* Clean grill with grill brush
* Return grill to original location

6. SMOKING & VAPING

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home, on the deck, veranda, or lakefront.

Smoking is only permitted at least 10 feet in front of the property. All cigarette waste must be disposed of in the exterior garbage bin.

Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused by smoking.

7. STEWARDSHIP

Guests must promptly report any damage, missing items, or maintenance issues.

Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow house rules. The Property must be left in the same condition as found.

8. LAKE SAFETY

Use of the lake is at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.

* Children must be supervised at all times
* Life-saving flotation ring at the pier is for emergencies only and is not a toy
* Misuse of safety equipment may result in replacement charges
* Life jackets are provided, but Guests are encouraged to bring their own, especially for children.

9. HOT TUB

Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.

* No glass allowed
* Children must be supervised
* Do not use while intoxicated
* Hot tub cover must be replaced promptly after use

Seasonal pollen may affect water quality. Failure to cover the hot tub may result in required draining and cleaning. Guests are responsible for any costs resulting from misuse or leaving the cover off.

10. WATERCRAFT

Use of all watercrafts is at your own risk. We provide 2 kayaks and a canoe for your enjoyment.

By using this equipment, Guests acknowledge and assume all risks including injury, drowning, death, property damage, and changing water or weather conditions.

Guests agree to:

* Wear properly fitted life jackets
* Supervise children at all times
* Not use equipment while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
* Accept responsibility for any loss or damage

The Owner/Host is not liable for any claims, damages, or injuries arising from use of the lake, shoreline, canoe(s), kayak(s), or related equipment.

Violation of this agreement (including but not limited to unauthorized guests, smoking, pets, noise complaints, trespassing, or unsafe behavior) will result in fee of $250 per violation per night and/or immediate termination of stay without refund (at the discretion of the host).
