Please note: Pets are welcome ONLY in the garage and fenced pet area and are NOT permitted inside the home.

We've created a unique setup for guests traveling with pets. A $75 pet fee applies, with a maximum of two dogs unless approved in advance.

Unlike most vacation rentals, pets enjoy their own heated and cooled 400-square-foot garage retreat, complete with:

River Access & Kayaks:
Kayaks shown in photos are not included with the rental. However, nearby kayak rental options are available and we’re happy to share recommendations!

Only guests staying at the Cottage may use the community common area with river access.

River Levels: The river is typically low from mid-October through May due to Center Hill Dam operations. Water releases generally beginning in late May. Swimming and fishing are allowed year-round. Please swim and use amenities at your own risk.

Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Please message host for approval if additional guests will be visiting. Parking is somewhat limited. Example, bridal parties are common here, but only 8 guests may stay overnight at one time.

Firewood and Propane: we can't guarantee availability, however, we will reimburse guests if you have to purchase propane for the grill. Bundles of firewood can be purchased a few minutes away at the Rock Island Market at guests expense.

Family Amenities:
A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available. Baby gates are not provided. Furniture is not secured to wall.
