Sunset Haven Cottage is located on the second-story in the Niguel Beach Terrace complex and is a 12 minute walk to Strands Beach. A 10-15 minute walk to the Lantern District with amazing restaurants and shops and a 5 Minute drive to Dana Point Harbor where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, and jet skis. Charter a boat to do deep sea fishing or take cruise to Catalina Island. Just on the other side of the harbor is Doheny State beach where you can rent a surfboard or take a lesson.
This beautiful condo boasts 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 full beds) and 2 full bathrooms. The cozy living room features a full size sofa bed for extra guests.

No loud noises after 10pm. Noise complaints will be taken seriously. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any substance inside the Property or outside on the balconies/front porch/steps, to include any HOA common property – If evidence of smoking is found, A $1000 fine will be charged to Occupant
Do not place excessive and or large food items down the kitchen garbage disposal, to include eggshells, coffee grounds, bones, whole foods, and meats. Do not place any non-food items down the kitchen garbage disposal. If a handyman or plumber is required due to the fault of the Guest, all costs associated with repairs will be the responsibility of the Guest.
Do not place anything other than toilet tissue in the toilets. If a handyman or plumber is required due to the fault of the Guest, all costs associated with repairs will be the responsibility of the Guest.
The hanging of clothes, towels, and other laundry items on balcony railing or patio railing is not permitted.
PETS: A$1000 fine will be charged to Occupant if there is any evidence of any pet inside the property unless Manager has given express written consent and a pet fee and pet deposit has been paid by Occupant.
Paddle Boards are not for guests use. Any Damage to Paddle Boards will be charged the cost to replace them
Property is expected to be left in the same condition it was found. The cleaning and turnover staff documents the condition of the Property before and after each check-in/check-out, as well as takes an inventory of items. If any damage is done, please inform the Owner immediately. The Guest may be responsible for the cost of replacement items (damaged, broken or missing).
