This private, cozy two bedroom 1 1⁄2 bath condo has recently been renovated and is discounted for longer stays. The condo includes 2 bedrooms.

It's located among quiet neighborhoods for peaceful walks or for sitting outside on the private patio. Within only five minutes you’ll find access to I-20 & I-95, restaurants, malls, civic center, veteran's memorial park, movie theater, Florence rail trail and parks, golfing, tennis, pickle ball, soccer, gas & grocery stores, multiple churches, and more. Highway 76 is only two miles away and takes you directly to Myrtle Beach.

Our condo is surrounded by several quiet neighborhoods. Where you might hear occasional sounds, it is important to respect the area in regards to noise.

Should you plan to stay longer, other interests include mountain bike trails, historic award winning downtown, area museums, fresh markets, flea markets, antique malls, and more.

Your space has a full kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms - queen beds with two different style mattresses for your comfort, full bathroom with shower/tub combo, half bathroom (no shower/tub), washer/dryer, and a private outdoor patio. Towels and washcloths are provided.
Each of the unit's four major rooms boast large glass double doors (with blinds) to allow natural light in as needed.

Strong wi-fi is available.

Enjoy a large smart TV with Roku & Spectrum in the downstairs living room with 2 additional, smaller televisions with Roku in both upstairs bedrooms.

This is a private condo that does not share space with other guests, however, because it is in a shared complex with other residents, it is essential this space be a rest for travelers and not a gathering for parties or other events. Quiet hours are after 10:00 PM.

Only registered guests and house-trained pets listed in your booking request are allowed.

If pets are registered, property rules insist they are leashed at all times outdoors. You must clean up after your pet.

Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, with no alcoholic beverages allowed outdoors.

We live just down the street from the property and can be reached on the app at all times.
