Just minutes from the University and the Ambassador Bridge, this beautifully renovated unit offers both comfort and convenience. Located within walking distance of the scenic Riverfront, it’s perfect for evening strolls, morning runs, or simply enjoying the view. The quiet neighborhood offers easy street parking, making coming and going a breeze. Inside, you’ll find a cozy and peaceful two-bedroom retreat—ideal for short visits or extended stays. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, whether you're cooking a quick breakfast or a full dinner. Come enjoy the perfect blend of location and comfort!
Please be advised that except you're booking via Airbnb, our booking process will require a security deposit.
Our house rules are indicated below, please review them carefully, as we set out strict measures for all rules listed. Thank you!"
1. No shoes to be worn inside the home.
2. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends.
3. No smoking on the property, including outside. If you must smoke, please find another location to smoke. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fine.
4. Pets must be registered. We charge a nightly pet fee per night. We will request you send money after you confirm your reservation. Any unregistered pet will be charged a flat fee per month.
5. No parties and/or large social gatherings. No events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays There is a surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
6. We do a towel count and bed sheet count prior to you checking in. If at the end of the stay, there are missing towels or sheets guest will be charged accordingly.
7. Sheets and/or towels that are stained due to your stay will also be charged. We understand there is normal wear and tear, but guest should do their utmost to keep towels and sheets the way they found them.
8. Check-in and Check-out times are MANDATORY unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance and if we are able to accommodate without double booking. A penalty will be applied if you fail to check out by 10 am or by the agreed upon check-out time. My cleaners are on tight schedules
9. A surcharge per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Please be honest. We must coordinate cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests that occupy the unit.
10. Please leave all shoes at the front door and do not wear them throughout the house.
11. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Please do not leave any personal belongings behind during your stay. We will not be held responsible for lost/ misplaced or stolen items. In the event that an item was left behind, we will ship the item back to you at your expense, or throw it away.
12. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home.
13. Turn off all lights when not in use.
14. If there is any maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it.
15. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out. Please dispose of all garbage inside the unit to the outdoor bins.
16. Garbage, recycling, and organic wastes are to be disposed of properly and up to city regulations. A surcharge is charged to guests who fail to follow proper waste protocol. My cleaners will have to dedicate time to re-sort the garbage correctly.
17. No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture.
18. No unplugging of electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
19. There is a security deposit held on your card for incidental damages such as smoking or pet violations, or late checkouts.
20. Our time of operation is Monday-Sunday from 9 AM-1:30 AM EST, and our check-in time is between 4 PM-11 PM.
